The Space:

Perfect for two couples traveling together, or visits with the grandparents, this Lincoln City vacation spot is a charming way to spend your beach trip. Recently renovated and offering amenities like WiFi, cable TV, board games, and a roaring fireplace, this home is perfectly accessible for those with limited mobility, and cozy for everybody! In addition, it's also pet-friendly for dogs.



Located just four blocks from the beach (or six blocks west for accessible and elderly access), this lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat is rich in ornate decor and natural light. There's plenty of space for two cars to park (please do not park on the street).



Enter into a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plus a few extras like a blender and a mixer. Spread out through the open floor living/dining area - eat at the luxurious table for five, our head out to the deck for a cook out and great views.



Settle into two separate living spaces - a TV room, with a fireplace and a flatscreen for game show nights or board game tournaments, and a second sitting room with vintage furniture for reading the paper or a good book.



On the main floor is a queen bedroom with an accessibility-friendly bathroom. Follow the spiral staircase to the top of the stairs where you'll find a king bed dressed for royalty, a music player, and a small sitting area - perfect for a couple who want a private, romantic evening alone. And if you do bring your pets, it's just a small nightly fee.



Whether enjoying a couples' weekend, a family visit, or a gaggle of friends treating yourselves to adventure, you'll find plenty to do here in Lincoln City - the beach is near at hand, Chinook Winds Casino is close by, and drive five minutes south for dining, shopping, and kids' activities.

Such a great place and kept up very well! The house has everything you need to make you feel right at home. Incredible views all around the property and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend and will plan on staying there again!

The house suited our needs. I especially liked the porch surrounding the back if the house which gave a beautiful view of the ocean. There were a few issues with the house but they were addressed in a timely manner. I appreciated the clean reading material and dvds. The TV had a byzz in the sound so we gave up trying to use it.

Very quiet location with great views! Just a couple minute walk to the beach. The house is pretty outdated with decor but we didn’t mind it.
