The Space:

The charming coastal village of Neskowin is ready to welcome you and your lucky guests for your next thrilling adventure! This village offers a friendly neighborhood feel and a magnificent natural setting that you can't simply find anywhere. The location of this condo is unbeatable; you will be located on the banks of Hawk Creek with the beach mere steps away; there is an access path past the north end of the building past hawk creek cafe.



This riverfront escape has a cozy patio with a couple of chairs, offering a nice spot to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional and a large Smart TV with cable. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat is like no other. Apart from the TV, you will have a collection of classic and new DVDs and board games to choose from. When it comes to meal prep, the kitchen has you covered with all major appliances, utensils, and cookware needed. It's also appointed with a dishwasher to clean everything up in the blink of an eye and a Keurig coffee maker.



The bedroom is private and conveniently located at the end of the hallway; it has a flatscreen TV, a convenient desk, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is another full bathroom in the hallway, which also has a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include access to a community gas grill and a laundromat on site.

A relaxing and spacious spot, with a lovely view of the creek and beach. Everything we could need for a much needed vacation. And the super low tides were amazing!!

The condo was very clean, cute and the kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the view out towards the beach. I had a few questions which the host addressed thoroughly and quickly.I think the condos are well suited (and popular) with families. The weekend was pretty chaotic with beachgoers and kids running around (a bit loud next door but not the fault of the host/owners). During the week, it was very quiet.

First there is no heat in this unit. Management has to bring over space heaters. That made for cold nights. The bed is horribly hard. Difficulty sleeping. The balcony rail is loose so when you lean on it, it moves. There is no blanket on the couch. What beach house has no blanket in the living room? The unit was clean. Sheets were a bit rough. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the things you need to cook a meal. Frying pans need to be replaced. They stick quite badly. There view was wonderful and the walk to the beach was easy. We would be returning customers if the mattress nicer newer one and the heat is fixed.

I absolutely loved the condo decor! Exactly what I would chose if I was fortunate enough to have a beach house. Adorable and had everything we needed! Perfect location on the beach! Loved our stay!

Family Fun

My Fiancé, toddler, and I had a great time staying here. It was an easy walk to the beach and there is a coffee shop with pastries and other conveniences a short walk from there. I only wish check out was at 11:00.
