The Space:

This five-bedroom home in Oceanside has it all! With a private hot tub, plenty of space, and fantastic ocean views, you may never want to leave.



Perched on a hill on the south end of small and quiet Oceanside, this home is ideal for a relaxing coastal getaway. Easy beach access is about a mile away at the Oceanside Beach Recreation Site, so you can spend your days hunting for sand dollars, jogging along the beach, and watching for whales. Oceanside itself has a few eateries (including the amazing Roseanna's Cafe), but for more options you can drive five minutes into Netarts or 15 into the larger Tillamook.



The upper level of this home is the main living area, which means you can enjoy spectacular views of the ocean from the large windows. Have a seat in the living room, use the full kitchen to prepare tasty meals, or walk out onto the large ocean-facing deck to admire the scenery. Here you will also have a cozy gas fireplace, cable TV, WiFi access, and board games available, so nobody will be bored!



With five bedrooms (two of them master-style with attached bathrooms) and four bathrooms, this home can host 13 guests comfortably (with a maximum occupancy of 17 - just pack some air mattresses or sleeping bags for the younger guests!). Up to two dogs are also allowed here with an additional nightly fee.



If you head outside, you will be delighted to find a private hot tub sitting on the lower patio area. You will love to relax in the warm, bubbling water after a long day of walking on the beach.



This home is a perfect place to bring a large family or some close friends to enjoy a slow-paced beach vacation. With the shore so close, and plenty of other attractions nearby including boating on the Tillamook Bay, visiting the Cape Meares Lighthouse, and hiking around coastal trails, everyone will find something to love about this stretch of the northern coast!

The house worked great for our family, big enough that everyone had a place to hang out. Overall, the house was clean, however I think the housekeepers should pay better attention to detail. There are dead bugs on the wall above one of the showers, lots of dusty cobwebs in the kitchen, at least one of the shower body washes was empty, things like that. The view from the patio is great, and the house sits on a quiet cul de sac.

The house is very nice,lots of space, beautiful view. It is on the top of the hill. Walk to the beach is about 20 min down the hill, part of it is on busy highway. Walking back up the hill is more challenging. Better driving down and park by the beach. The downside , the house was not cleaned properly and linens smelled like dirty rags. Hope they will change their cleaning service.

Big enough for the whole family

My son was getting married in Oceanside so we rented this property. Overall the room set up with 2 master bedrooms and, and 3 other rooms for adult children and grandkids was worth the price. The view was perfect and the deck was relaxing. Only real complaint was there were 2 ranks of propane there and when we went to cook on the BBQ we noticed they were both empty, we had to drove to Tillamook in a hurry to cook for the event. Knowing this now i would do a walk through and check to make sure all ammenities are full and ready for your use when you show up. Do not take for granted that you visually see what should be there.

Great weekend getaway!

I just had a great weekend with friends at this lovely house. The hot tub was amazing, the house was so clean and welcoming and we were super close to the beach! There was so much space that we all comfortably had our own rooms but we ended up hanging out in the living room and kitchen area all together. SO cozy, can't wait to go back!

Company Retreat was a huge success

Beautiful property. Beautiful furnishings. House was perfect for our large gathering. We could all be together or go off into our own private quarters if we needed some quiet time.

Big beautiful common area

We had plenty of room for our group to gather in the living room of this home with big windows looking out on trees. The table was huge for our meals. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was great to have many bathrooms.

Overall this house was great! Tons of space for a large group, especially so we could all be together in the living room/kitchen area. The hot tub was clean and the large porch had amazing views of the ocean. The only area that could be improved was the bedrooms - the beds were a little small and the rooms were pretty basic.

Stay was very good - couch and deck railing need some TLC or replacement! Couch is needing replaced as it shows beyond where!

The house was great for our large group...close to beach and viewpoints

We really enjoyed our time at this house. We had 15-17 people staying with us for the weekend. Everyone had their own space but the kitchen and living room area were great for common areas. There were movies and toys available for our nephew and movies and speakers available for the adult entertainment. We would recommend this house for a large group. The views are also awesome!!

We really enjoyed the house! It was spacious and the view was great. It would be nice to see more large bowls and big pots. The only issue we had was the bbq caught on fire due to the grease traps not being correctly cleaned between customers.

Lovely home on hill

Nice home for family gathering. Beautiful great room and open kitchen. Reverse living with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms downstairs works well. 5th bedroom is a sofa room attached to great room. Nice sand in yard for kids to play in. No fire pit. Short drive to beach.

We enjoyed our stay at Vacasa.

We really enjoyed the large upstairs space where we played, cooked, and hung out with our friends for the long weekend. It was very comfortable for 4 adults, 3 teens, 2 kiddos and 1 dog. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans etc. that we needed. When the fog finally broke our last day, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view. The hot tub was a little too hot to enjoy though the teens gave it a shot. The home was very clean, but the couches needed to be wiped down. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the nearby beach despite the cold.

Nice house!

Great property and location! Plenty of space for larger families. Some of the furniture was a bit dated and the lock to the sliding door wasn’t working, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. The only downside of this property are the residing neighbors; several of them came out to patrol the culdesac during our stay. One lady was even upset that a football accidentally landed in her front yard while the kids were playing toss. Other than that, we had a great time.

Great for Multi-Family Stays

We had three families stay for a long weekend. There’s a big kitchen island and open concept common rooms. Multiple bathrooms and bedrooms made it great for privacy when we needed it. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Housekeeping forgot to leave enough towels and the manager had them brought to us within the hour. There are a LOT of VHS movies but no VCR. Lol.

Wonderful view with deck and great chairs!

I don't think the house sleeps as many as you say and one room couldn't be used because of an odor. Also, the house has a cranky neighbor. Even though the fire department said we could have a backyard fire, he came down and threatened to call the police and fire department. He should be dealt with!!!!
