The Space:

Beautifully bold and polished in its design, this reimagined ocean view home in Oceanside brings modern luxury and style to your next Oregon Coast getaway. You'll be able to stroll to Oceanside Beach less than half a mile down the road, with a private hot tub and an expansive elevated deck waiting to welcome you back.



As you enter on the first floor, you'll be greeted by the blissful cool of central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a private laundry room where you can leave the day's swimsuits and towels. The open living space is upstairs, offering large windows, upscale furnishings, and well-chosen hues of ocean blue everywhere you look. You can kick back on the large sofa with a movie playing on the flatscreen TV and a fire roaring in the gas fireplace. Or, get dinner going in the sleek kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, and a unique circular dining table, supported by a salvaged redwood trunk, with seating for six. There's also ample space to barbecue, dine, cocktail and lounge in the coastal breeze outside on the spacious elevated deck.



At night, you can stargaze in the hot tub on the front patio, gather in the living room for board games, or simply retreat to one of the three bedrooms featuring upgraded mattresses - a ground-floor primary suite and two guest rooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms even have their own flatscreen TV for your evening entertainment.

Great Stay!

Beautiful house in a quite neighborhood. Short drive down to the beach, or you could walk. The hot tub was a nice bonus for the kids and adults!

Amazingly put together and comfortable home.

We found the location perfect. Quiet neighborhood and very short drive to all the close by attractions. The house to so beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you’d need.

Beautiful House

The hosts who put this house together have done an amazing job. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. Everything one would want in a vacation rental is there. It was great place to hang out with friends for a long weekend.

Nice weekend away

Beautiful renovated home. We enjoyed our stay here. It’s about a 8 minute walk to the beach and on the way back from the beach it’s uphill. Only downfall is the price—it was expensive compared to others.

Oregon coast visit

This property was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It accommodates 3 couples very comfortably. We didn’t use the hot tub but used the grill, which was also clean. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and dishes we needed and plenty of spices.

Beautiful home very close to the beach!

This is a beautifully renovated home within walking distance to the beach. My husband and I stayed here with my parents and our two kids (ages 4 and 9). Everyone had a great time. The huge deck with a view of the ocean was perfect for family dinners. The kids loved that we could walk to the beach every day.

We stayed for our annual OR beach visit. The property is beautifully designed, comprehensively stocked, and situated in a cozy neighborhood. The coastal views are beautiful. We were grateful for the effort to resolve an inoperative hot tub.

Girls weekend

This house is by far the best rental I've stayed at. Beautiful and very well decorated as well as comfortable. The only bad thing was the room my daughter was staying in had Cheetos and hair in the bed when she pulled the comforter back. Other than that, it was stellar.

Tasteful, beautiful and safe

Loved this home. The renovation has been done with tasteful decor and extras for bathtub entry, stair handle, as well as other touches that adds safety to the home’s use. Kitchen was perfect and I don’t know who pays the wildlife in back but I spent quite a bit of time watching the deer, bunnies et al. Oh yes, and thanks for the wild blackberries. Wonderful from entry to exit.

A beautiful and well-appointed home

We were pleasantly surprised to find such a well-appointed and attractive home. We love to cook and the kitchen was first rate. Modern appliances, small hand tools and loads of spices and extras. All the beds were comfortable. Great TV with loads of streaming options. Beautiful deck to enjoy the outdoors. All around - one of finest rentals we've stayed in (and we've stayed in lots). PS: We liked the interior so much we copied down their paint choices to use at our next place.

Weekend wonderland

We happened to book this house on the best weekend of the year. There was 4 inches of snow on the ground and beautiful blue skies. We planned to have a few more people join us but in the end, only 3 of us could make the trip. It was glorious. The house was much nicer than any of the pictures could convey. Huge bedrooms. Comfy beds. The kitchen had everything we could think of needing and more. The host was responsive within minutes whenever we had any questions, like “where is the hot tub key?” It was in plain sight. I just missed it. Haha. And the hot tub was working perfectly. I have not a single problem with this place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to reboot. Thank you. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood 5 minute walk to the ocean and downtown Oceanside. You can see the ocean from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Space is great, both inside and out and it has been recently updated with lots of new features and even the ability to view deer outside in the evenings. There were a few things that we hope the owners and the management company will address: When we arrived the front door was wide open, which was a little frightening until we determined that no one was inside the house. This was likely due to the front door lock, which is hard to figure out and the instructions a bit vague. It’s likely that the front door swung open after the cleaning staff left and they too were confused on how to lock it. Once they sent someone over to show us how the lock works then it was fine. Just not a great entry experience. The hot tub was the main reason we chose this location and when it’s operating correctly it’s wonderful! The first night that we arrived we couldn’t use it because the temperature was in the mid-90s and the panel to make adjustments is very, very confusing. There are no instructions on how to use the panel in the welcome book and we couldn’t figure out the brand of the panel to look it up online. We had to wait till the next day to use it when they sent someone out to adjust it. Then someone to come out again on our last night as the temperature had dropped again. It would be great to have a manual on
