Aqua Vista est une maison idéale pour des vacances d'été ou d'hiver avec famille et amis. Surplombant les eaux cristallines de la baie de Jervis, vous avez une vue parfaite sur Point Perpendicular et au-delà. De la porte arrière de la maison, vos pieds toucheront le sable en quelques étapes à peine.

 - À votre porte: Collingwood Beach (accès directement devant la maison), piste cyclable Husky à Vincentia
 - Une petite promenade: Moona Moona Creek dans un sens et le centre commercial Vincentia dans l'autre

Lovely waterfront property

We had a great stay at this place. They were really accomodating and the pantry/kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked with essentials. The water views were amazing and sleeping to the sound of crashing waves was super relaxing. I had been nervous with little ones and having such easy access to the beach but we were able to lock their bedroom sliding door and hide the key. The property is simple but has all the essentials for a laid back beach holiday.

Relaxing beachfront

Great location. Beautiful beach. Very busy walking and bike track in front of house. Furniture in lounge and balcony area very comfortable. Kitchen sparsely equipped for our gourmet cooking style family. Great air-conditioning in upper level. Another one downstairs would have been savoured on those 38C days/nights. Fans in bedrooms helpful. Enjoyed sunsets from the upper balcony every night. Loved the outdoor hot shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay with our children and grandchildren. Jervis Bay has beautiful clean water and calm waves.

Great location, very ordinary household contents

We booked this place because we were 7 men on a golfing weekend and the online bed layout had 7 separate beds. Turns out there were only 6 beds. 4 non matching wine glasses is all that was supplied. 6 only very cheap and uncomfortable dining chairs. Crappy ancient TV. Generally a very tired house that could do with some upgrades for the rental cost. What you can’t beat though is the brilliant location. Right on the beach

Perfect home, view and location

Aqua Vista was the perfect home for our family getaway. The view is just amazing and we spent lots of time on the covered deck soaking up the view and the sound of the waves. The beach is so close with the access directly opposite the house which is in a great location and easy walking distance to Vincentia shops. The house is spacious and maximises the view, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, the linen high quality and the kitchen and house very well equipped and perfect for a family with young family. We loved the fire, were very cosy and would love to return.

Excellent for kids

We had a fabulous stay here despite some average weather. The house is clean and functional. The footpath directly in front of the house made for easy visits to the beach- and meant you could even see the action from the balcony (would be ideal for less mobile grandparents etc). Don’t forget your bikes/scooters- the path running in front of the house is a brilliant smooth path. Would definitely recommend.

We love this house and all it has to offer. Great location and accessibility to the beach provide it to be the perfect place. We enjoy hanging out on the balcony, cooking on the BBQ and watching the world run, skate ,cycle and walk past the front door. We will be back

Everyone loved the fantastic view over Jervis Bay and the two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is very comfortable. Overall, our family group of eight had a wonderful stay. We’ll worth another visit!

Easter on Collingwood Beach.

It’s all about location, location, location! The house is directly on the beach. Out the back door and the beach is right there! Perfect for paddle boarding, watching the sunrise and having a wine with friends. We LOVED it and will be back.

It was very clean and well presented. Very close to the beach!

Overall we had a great stay, we would go back there. Very clean, linen and towels provided which was very convenient. Your backyard is literraly the beach!
