The Space:

Watch ocean waves roll onto the shore from the top level of this condo near the heart of Rockaway Beach. This is a place for collecting seashells each morning, unwinding in the afternoons on three stories of deck space, and spending your evenings playing Ping-Pong and foosball in the garage game room.



This three-level condo sits just east of the Oregon Coast Highway, about 500 feet from a beach access point. Downtown Rockaway is half a mile north, giving you easy walking access to all sorts of eateries, shops, and ice cream parlors. For wonderful daytrips along the Oregon Coast, head to Manzanita, Oswald West State Park, or Tillamook - all of which are within a 14-mile drive.



Stroll home from the beach to toss the day's swimsuits in the washer/dryer, light the gas grill on the main-level deck, and gather around the outdoor table for dinner at sunset. If the evening fog has moved in, you'll also have a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large dining room table for homemade meals and after-dinner board games.



After an evening of watching movies on cable, DVD, or streaming services, retreat to three inviting bedrooms. Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has its own bathroom, including a primary suite with a private balcony overlooking the ocean and gorgeous nightly sunsets. The third bedroom on the ground floor opens to a patio. High-speed WiFi and central air are provided as well.
