It didn’t seem like it was thoroughly cleaned. There were signs of pets previously being present. The floor and rugs didn’t seem to be freshly cleaned. There were signs the bathroom and shower were not freshly cleaned. The property owner did not do a great job of maintaining the needed repairs and maintenance of the unit. The shower fixtures were not in great shape. The owner or property manager did not include adequate toilet paper and bath towels for our stay. We had to go out and buy some. That was not convenient. If you’re not real picky about cleanliness and proper maintainence and don’t mind buying or bringing your own towels and supplies, this is the place for you!

Pros: Clean considering this is a "pet friendly" property, comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, Bark Park and Dog Bathing station, Convenient to Bayshore and downtownCons: Smells like mold/musty. There were 2 coffee cups and a mason jar. We had to share the mason jar for juice and we drank wine from coffee cups. There was no cork screw so we had to buy our own. There were very few dishes and no dishtowels so we put them in the dishwasher to dry. The property listing stated "toaster" and "hair dryer" but there were neither. I contacted the host. They acknowledged our request and said they would bring them to us but they never did. There was no soap, fortunately we brought our own. The bathroom tub is patched in several places. The tub was clogged so it drained slowly. This made is dangerous to shower because we only had 3 towels (2 for drying and one we used one as a handtowel because there were no facecloths or hand towels) and we had nothing to step on getting out of the shower onto tile with wet feet. There were no towel hooks to hang towels so we put our 2 bath towels in the dryer after showering.
