Retraite de camp d'été en montagne

Cette retraite isolée de 4 chambres et 2 salles de bain, sur une parcelle de 5 acres, est comme louer votre propre parc d'État privé. La cabane est à distance de marche facile (4 minutes) du lac de baignade et de pêche privé de 12 acres des montagnes Slick Rock! Cette cabine familiale de 2 étages peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. A l'étage est un plan d'étage ouvert, salon / cuisine / salle à manger avec chambre principale queen et salle de bain complète. En bas est un 3 chambres (queen, double et gigogne = 2 lits jumeaux) avec une autre salle de bain complète et laveuse sécheuse. De plus, le rez-de-chaussée a été récemment rénové avec un tout nouveau revêtement de sol en carreaux de bois. La cabine regorge de toutes sortes d'équipements modernes, comme des téléviseurs à écran plat, le wifi, une immense cheminée et une cuisine bien équipée!
Les nombreux porches vous donnent une "sensation d'évasion dans les bois" et le foyer extérieur, les tables de pique-nique, le barbecue et les chaises en font un camp d'été parfait pour votre famille.
Slick Rock Mountain est une montagne privée de 350 acres située à Brevard NC. Ce quartier calme, de retour à la nature, est parfaitement situé pour profiter de la forêt d'État de DuPont (où le film Hunger Games a été tourné) ainsi que de la forêt nationale de Pisgah et de la Blue Ridge Parkway. Le slogan de Brevard est "Land of Waterfalls" et pour une bonne raison, il existe de nombreuses randonnées incroyables vers ces belles chutes d'eau et de nombreuses autres activités de plein air pour les amoureux de la nature, petits et grands, du VTT, du rafting, de l'équitation, de la randonnée, de la pêche ou simplement de la détente sur le pont pour regarder un magnifique coucher de soleil.

Beautiful cabin in the forest.

This is a beautiful cabin nestled in the forest. We enjoyed everything about it, inside and out. It was a short drive to all the waterfalls, covered bridges, shops, restaurants, and much more. It was very clean and very well furnished. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful property

This was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. Great location, beautiful property and deer out the window. My kids loved watching the deer at breakfast and dinner!

Great Lake and adventure

Amazing location

We loved out stay at the cabin, the easy access to the lake for swimming. Our 2 year old loved the beach, swing and slide. The mushrooms growing all over the woods around the cabin were amazing too.

Relaxed Thanksgiving Vacation

Comfortable cabin in relaxed private community. Dated but in a charming way that makes you feel more at home than in a hotel. Communication with the owners was fantastic. Our stay was right after a major hurricane and the property had been nicely cleaned up.

Wonderful vacation!

This was the most stocked cabin we’ve ever stayed in. Great location in a peaceful wooded setting. The white squirrels were amazing to watch. Brevard is a beautiful area to explore. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Great cabin, wonderful lake for swimming and fishing. Loved the place!!

We would definitely rent this cabin again. We used fire pit every night and the kids loved everything; the wildlife, lake, playing board games. Fun, fun time.

You’re right if you want a peace and quiet in a state park setting with tons of wildlife, including deer and white squirrels, with an incredible swimming and fishing lake all in a comfortable, clean and cozy cabin..you’ve found it! Great location!

The cabin is perfect for small and large groups. It is also easy to get to downtown Brevard and hiking trails while still giving you a secluded feel. The multiple porches are nice and the grill pit came in handy. We would definitely return!

Family Reunion Getaway

Perfect spot to hang out, swim, enjoy nature, and relax! We met up with several relatives and the house had everything we needed to grill out, enjoy s'mores in the evening, and get out during the day to enjoy the lake and surrounding forest.

October family get together

Enjoyed our stay. It was a great place to gather, visit the national park, hike and fish. Kitchen was very well equipped, beds comfy, and very quiet. Lots of deer and white squirrels. Highly recommend.

Ballard Cabin

Cabin was very comfortable. Neighborhood was very friendly. Location was great for us. The lake was a lot of fun for swimming and fishing. Owner responded quickly to the few questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property, great time.

The property was clean and pretty spacious and very private. The road to it is one lane and steep but otherwise well maintained. The property manager and owner is very helpful.

The roads are very well maintained by the road chairman on the mountain and they do an excellent job! 80% of the roads are paved on the mountain but We still like some gravel here and there to let you know you’re in the woods :) Please come back when you hear the mountains calling!

Amazing place

The house is in a great location. Deer in the yard in the mornings. Not far from town but feels like it’s miles from anywhere. Nice fire pit. Lake is beautiful!!

Perfect getaway

Cozy cabin, clean, tucked away but at the same time with easy access to multiple trails and beautiful waterfalls. Within minutes from Dollar General for essentials, otherwise 17 minutes from the town of Brevard.
