10/10 The best experience it is now our second time here and I would definitely recommend, the cabin is very beautiful and clean the cabin is very cozy. The waterfall in the back adds such character, it’s very nice to explore and see. Very fun to experience with family.

Our family has voted this one of our top rentals! The house is big and suited us perfectly. The waterfall is amazing. We went to the tippy top, which is not on a path, and we went to the middle of the falls which did have a rough path. Loved it. Only 30 minutes from Panthertown fo a great day of hiking. Special shout out to Chad at Sundog realty for help when the wifi went out. We weren't able to reset it, but thanks to another tiny power outage, it finally kicked back on. He was very fast to respond and super helpful. Those thunderstorms can wreak havoc, but we brought our own favorite games and didn't really care anyway. Time to be together is why we went anyway.

Wanted to make you aware of a safety issue. As soon as we entered the cabin, the rug at the door did not have slip proof backing. It slipped and I almost fell. There were other rugs with the same issue. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property exceeded my expectations. Initially I was concerned that it may be too remote with restaurants, stores, entertainment, etc. quite far away. However, after we stocked up on the first day of our week-long stay, we had no desire to leave at all...and didn't. Beautiful setting, and well appointed cabin. Perfect place for maximum relaxation.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It was clean and just as advertised. The directions were easy to follow. It was within an hour drive of everything we wanted to do. We went tubing and did the smokey mountain railroad. Perfect place for a family vacation!

Family get away

Absolutely beautiful property and home; the waterfall in the back yard brings a peaceful sound to the quiet area. Definitely is a very remote area and place to get away from the hustle bustle of busy life. We all enjoyed our stay.
