Property Rules:
- Resort Fee: $30/day paid directly to Sands Ocean Club at check-in.
- Minimum Age: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No Pets Allowed: A $500 fine and immediate eviction will be enforced for violations.
- No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking on the balcony or in common areas. $500 fine and immediate eviction for violations.
- No Motorcycles, Golf Carts, RVs, Trailers, or ATVs.
- No Fireworks Allowed
- No Daily Housekeeping: Please use in-unit washer and dryer (if applicable). Additional towels or linens are available for a fee.
- Occupancy Limit: Strictly enforced. A $200/day fine will be applied per unauthorized guest over max occupancy.
- Deposit & Payment Policy: A 25% deposit is due at booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
