Situated in the oceanfront building A Place At The Beach I, the beach is just steps away, and you can easily walk to Ocean Annieâs Beach Bar, Apache Pier, and nearby restaurants.
The condo features a bright, modern coastal design with an open living area and a private balcony offering a partial ocean view. After a day at the beach, unwind in a comfortable space designed for both relaxation and convenience.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds, making it perfect for families, couples, or small groups. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.
Guests enjoy easy beach access, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and a location that offers both peaceful surroundings and walkable entertainment.
