This brand new, beautifully designed house is perfectly situated near Fox Ridge Golf Course, Hauser Lake, Canyon Ferry Lake, and countless hiking and fishing spots—making it the ideal basecamp for outdoor enthusiasts and relaxation seekers alike.

The open-concept main floor features a bright and airy living area, perfect for gathering with family & friends. A full privacy fenced backyard offers a wonderful lush lawn, covered patio, and corn hole for everyone to gather around and enjoy other.

The space
This inviting home features three bedrooms on the main level, the master has a king bed and comfortable quenn beds in the other main floor rooms.. The spacious master suite includes direct access to a covered concrete patio—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or winding down with an evening cocktail. Just off the bedroom, the well-appointed master bathroom offers a beautifully tiled shower, a private toilet room, and dual vanities for added convenience.

On the opposite side of the home, you'll find two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a classic tub/shower combination—thoughtfully designed and centrally located for easy access.

Upstairs, the bonus room above the garage offers even more flexibility with a queen bed and a daybed that converts into 2 twin beds. This space also includes its own full bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for guests or extended family.

With multiple sleeping arrangements and generous living space, this home ensures everyone can relax comfortably and enjoy their own space.

Guest access
Guests will have convenient access through the front door using a personalized door code, which will be provided within 24 hours of your arrival. For added peace of mind, security cameras are located near the every entrance to the home.

A few areas of the home are reserved for owner use and will be locked during your stay—these include the garage, the pantry, and the linen closet in the master bathroom. If there's anything you need that hasn't been provided to make your stay more comfortable, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're happy to help!

This place was absolutely wonderful! We have a large family (8 kids) and the house worked so well for our weekend in Helena - plenty of space to sleep, eat, and play! The property was clean and well-stocked with everything you might need. We are already making plans to come again next year and hope we are able to stay here again.

Our stay went very well. The house was better than expected. We did have a glitch at check-in but it was resolved in a timely manner. Will be recommending if anyone is looking for a place to stay in the Helena area. A very comfortable and nice place.

This is a beautiful property with so many thoughtful extras like the coffee service. The beds were very comfortable and we so enjoyed the comfy couches in the evening when we had time to visit. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with pots and pans and dishes-we can’t think of anything we would change. We would definitely stay again!

Dawn was a pleasure to work with and an amazing host. The house was perfect for my family to stay. My daughter was getting married in Helena and this house was great - I needed to finish last minute gluten free desserts and the kitchen was amazing!! It had all the things I needed to finish the desserts. On Saturday Morning, we had the bridal party over for breakfast and again, the kitchen area was great for serving a large group. Beside the kitchen, the rooms were great - the decorations were done to make people feel like they were home away from home. And I have to say I have never seen bath towels like we had at this home - THEY WERE BEHOND AMAZING!! Everyone that stayed there all agreed that they loved the bath towels. I messaged Dawn a couple of times and she was quick to reply. This house was perfect for the weekend and I would highly recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding. The house was convenient to my family that lives in Helena, and the wedding venue, as well as stores and restaurants. The house was just like the pictures, clean as a whistle, comfy beds, and lovely quiet neighborhood. I can’t forget the well appointed kitchen and both a regular and Keurig coffee pots. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to town.

This was, without question, the best VRBO experience we've ever had. The location was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do during our Montana vacation. It was a pleasure to come back to a home that was so clean, inviting, and comfortable everyday.The house had everything we could have needed and more. We especially appreciated the thoughtful little touches like the extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as the games that brought everyone together in the evenings. There was plenty of room for our group to spread out, and the beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in while traveling.Most of all, our hosts were outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating from start to finish, making us feel genuinely welcome. It's obvious they take great pride in their home and care about their guests' experience.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay.

Excellent property, extremely clean and very roomy. A great place to stay with a large group. The rental was very well equipped and essentially in brand-new condition. Would definitely recommend to others! Great host!
