Bienvenue sur le meilleur de Folly Beach! Lounge dans le hamac sur la vĂ©randa spacieuse et profiter de belles vues de Morris Island Lighthouse et couchers de soleil sur la riviĂšre Folly. Bronzer, le crabe, le poisson et observation des dauphins Ă  partir du quai avec dock flottant. Bateau, voile, jet ski, kayak et baignade dans la riviĂšre. Marcher 3 blocs courts Ă  la plage pour profiter des vagues et du sable! Papa Paradise vous propose tout ce qu'on peut souhaiter dans une Ăźle de vacances. En outre, vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement 11 pĂątĂ©s de maisons de l'amusement et de shopping de Center Street et Ă  seulement 20 minutes de l'histoire, le charme et la beautĂ© du centre-ville historique de Charleston.

Notre maison de 3 étages dispose de 3 grandes chambres et 3 salles de bains. L'étage inférieur dispose d'un garage spacieux, et l'espace de vie principal est sur les deuxiÚme et troisiÚme étages. La chambre principale, située au deuxiÚme étage, dispose d'un lit king size, grand walk-in, et la vanité séparée et zone de bain. Les 2 autres chambres sont à l'étage au troisiÚme étage et reliés par une salle de bains jack-et-Jill, chacune avec sa propre vanité privée avec lavabo. Une chambre avec un lit king size, et l'autre a 2 lits doubles.

Un salon spacieux surplombe le grand porche et RiviÚre Folly. Connected est une grande, de style familial salle à manger et cuisine entiÚrement équipée.

Il ya un porche magnifique hors de la salle Ă  manger avec une table pour manger al fresco.

Le salon dispose d'un deux grands canapés, dont l'un se retire d'un lit queen, deux fauteuils, une grande télévision, et beaucoup de jeux de la famille, des jouets et des livres.

Le porche se connecte à la fois le salon et la salle de bain principale et est livré avec un hamac et un canapé confortable pour la lecture, sieste, ou tout simplement traßner.

Les cannes Ă  pĂȘche, casiers Ă  crabes et les filets sont fournis. Sentez-vous libre d'apporter votre propre bateau, kayaks, pagaies, ou des jet-skis ainsi. Il existe de nombreuses locations disponibles sur Folly pour les voiturettes de golf, vĂ©los, et autres sports nautiques. Nous avons ajoutĂ© beaucoup de recommandations Ă  notre page d'accueil. We have stayed at four other houses at Folly Beach over the last seven years, and this one was the best overall for its spaciousness, location, and access to the river and beach. The view is beautiful and we loved having the dock for swimming and kayaking.

Perfect vacation

Beautiful views!!

This was our 5th time staying at this property only missing 2020 when they shut down the island. Kayaking the Folly River and getting close to the dolphins is amazing. The fishing is fun too.

Amazing Getaway!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house over Memorial Day weekend. It was so busy in the island but we felt like we had a piece of quiet heaven back on the porch and on the dock. We brought our boat and spent time fishing and paddle boarding right off the dock, watched sunsets and saw so many dolphins! We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Great location & Layout

This house has a great location and a fabulous location with marsh views and a great dock. We rented a golf cart which made the 3-4 blocks to the beach and the short trip to town super convenient. The bedrooms are very large and the view is amazing. To be fair, the house does need some TLC and some updating but overall it is a great choice for backwater/close to beach Folly Beach Lodging.

It looked even better than the photos, absolutely awesome property. Fishing would be great if you know what you're doing. The house had great features that weren't even mentioned, will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful and Secluded

Had a great time, this is in a beautiful spot, the back porch and dock can't be beat! Really the only thing that wasn't great was that there were lots of cockroaches on the first floor, especially the master bedroom. We still managed to thouroughly enjoy ourselves and other than that, I give this place 5 stars.

Family reunion

Annual family reunion, had a wonderful time. So much space for all ten of us. Child-proof/safe for the youngest (4 years old). Incredibly easy to use our boat straight off the dock, love the huge kitchen for the food we made every day. Definitely would return.

Great, comfortable house with plenty of space for our family of 7 adults and 1 baby. We lived on the dock and porch. Gorgeous views. Keurig coffeemaker, well-stocked kitchen, bedrooms are huge. BYO suggestions: beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cart, etc.), chairs for dock, travel fan for porch (bugs), and life jackets (esp for littles as dock does not have railings). Everything else is there. Allison is so friendly and accommodating. We hope to be back. Thank you, Allison, for a great time and an easy transaction.

Great weekend

I had a family get together here and had some very special moments! The setting was perfect. We saw dolphins every day in the intercoastal. They were close to the dock. The back porch is perfect for quiet evenings, days and everything in between. The kitchen had A LOT of things to cook and entertain, even if it was disorganized. There was some paint peeling in the bathrooms and the hammock was torn, but otherwise everything was in great order. Everyone who came commented on the location. It took forever getting on the island and downtown was super crowded, but where we were, you would have thought you were on a quiet, peaceful island. This place has a lot of sentiment for me now. I definitely enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere!

Beautiful property

Had an amazing stay here. We pulled out boat right up to the dock and it was so easy to walk to the beach. The back porch is perfect for sunsets. Will def use this place again if its available!

Our Wedding

My elderly brothers & their wives came from Missouri to my wedding and stayed at this house. They were completely blown away by the property. The house is dated but still very Nice. The views are breathtaking. We fished on the dock and enjoyed the stay very much. There are a lot of stairs but worth it!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a great location. A quite cul-de-sac with beautiful river/marsh views. Short walk to the beach. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The rooms are large and we had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great Getaway

We came to Folly for my sister's wedding and a few of the family members stayed here for the weekend. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Quick beach access maybe 2 blocks away. There is a small market right down the road to grab some essentials. The marsh view and sunset are amazing. We sat out there every night to watch the sunset.

Our family lived in this house year-round for several years; however, when the kids grew up and went to college, we moved into town and used the house for the summers. Recently, we've grown older and aren't using the house as much so we've decided to rent it out and share the beauty. Our family was born and raised in Charleston and we love the lowcountry with a passion. What a great place to live!

Having rented homes on Folly Beach throughout our childhoods, we finally decided this was where we wanted to be. The beach, the water, boating and the views are incomparable. We built this house in 1987 and have loved it dearly ever since. Truly our family home with such great memories.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The view of the sunsets from the front porch simply can't be beat. There's nothing more beautiful than sitting on the porch with your family watching a summer storm roll in, watching the sun dip below the marsh, seeing the dolphins swim by from the dock, and watching the joy on your children's faces as they jump from the dock, pull in a fish, or catch a crab!
