Whatever the season, the Yurt beckons you to immerse yourself in the rhythm of nature, enchantment & possibility. 1400 square foot 2 story yurt on 5 acres. Walk into the magic with stunning views of Schweitzer Mountain Resort. Open living room, dining space and full kitchen with full bath on main floor. Cozy sleeping loft with queen size bed. Downstairs family bedroom suite with king size and full bed, cool sectional and a half bath. Small stack washer/dryer and sauna also downstairs. In the Spring, Summer and Fall the downstairs is also easily accessed by a covered patio and exterior door. Steps away from yurt is a private garden studio with 2 work desk s, two twin beds and private bedroom with queen bed. This private space with the same spectacular view, but does not have any running water. The Studio has a full bathroom.  Plenty of parking on the property. Four wheel drive or chains needed in winter on some days. The Yurt is located only 0.5 miles from pavement, but you will need to be prepared for winter driving and some potholes. The best journeys are often unpaved! Sandpoint is known for its historic and still active railway. You will likely hear trains run through the Valley below. You will also hear the magic of the rain on the roof of the Yurt, woodpeckers in nearby trees and the wind through the forest.
