𝐎𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄:
𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties or events are not permitted.

𝐍𝐨 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐲): Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. A fine of up to $500 (and possibly more) will be imposed for any violations. We kindly ask that you respect this policy to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

𝐍𝐨 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: Only registered and approved guests are allowed on the property. A $100 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest. Please ensure all additional guests are pre-approved and registered before your arrival.

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The property is located on a scenic hill, and while the driveway is a bit steep, it’s manageable with a smaller car. For those with larger vehicles, street parking is available nearby, though it may be limited during busy times.

𝐒𝐩𝐚 & 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐚 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: The spa heating and sauna are available for an additional $100 per day. These services must be requested in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆: For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with an ADT alarm system, as guest safety is a top priority. The system automatically captures a single photo only at the moment the alarm is disarmed. It does not record video or audio and only captures the area directly in front of the alarm panel to help ensure the security of the property and the guests.
