Neighborhood Highlights
The Currituck Club is one of the Outer Banks’ premier resort communities. The complimentary seasonal trolley stops right by the house every 15–20 minutes (9:00 am – 6:30 pm) and takes you straight to the beach entrance, where beach valets help with chairs and umbrellas.

Additional options:
- On-call private trolley: $75 round trip (available outside regular hours)
- Golf cart-friendly community – rent from OBX Beach Toy Rentals and park in dedicated beach-access golf cart spaces
- Public beach parking (Currituck County Southern Beach Access) – first-come, first-served; spots usually available if you arrive before 8:30 am

Important House Rules

- Minimum age to book: 25 years old. The person making the reservation must be present for the entire stay.
- For non-family groups, all guests must be 25+.
- Violation of age or occupancy rules may result in fines or eviction per HOA and local regulations.
