▪︎ Laundry is available free of charge and is shared with the upper unit of this duplex. While the entryway and hall to the first-floor unit are shared, the lower unit remains completely private. Another lock on the lower unit’s door ensures your dedicated space, and the hall leads to the shared laundry and backyard access.



✳️ SECURITY CAMERAS

▪︎ Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entrance. Cameras record the exterior only. There are no interior cameras.

▪︎ Cameras are for security, insurance purposes, and to verify occupancy limits. Cameras must not be covered, disconnected, or tampered with during your stay.



✳️ PETS

▪︎We’re happy to welcome up to two dogs with a pet fee of $125 per dog. If you’d like to bring more than two, please message us first—as approval and additional fees depend on the number, size, and breed of the dogs. To help us keep the home comfortable for all guests, we kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture and beds and that you clean up after them while outdoors. Thank you for helping us keep the home in great condition for future guests!
