The living room features a 32’’ Smart TV and a blackout roller shade, offering comfort for relaxing moments.

The bedroom includes a full-length mirror, air conditioning, blackout curtains, and a touch-screen desk lamp with two light temperatures, creating a cozy and functional atmosphere.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, air fryer, electric kettle, blender, sandwich maker, two-burner induction cooktop, a full set of pots, and kitchen utensils. It also includes a floor drying rack, ironing board, and electric iron, ensuring convenience during your stay.

The bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, electric shower, and exhaust fan, completing the setup for a comfortable stay.

For those who like to stay in shape, there is a fully equipped gym. For moments of relaxation, the condominium’s pool is a great option. Maintenance is carried out every Monday.

For those who need a more private space for meetings or work, the condominium offers a meeting room and a coworking space, both available by reservation. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find the famous Christ the Redeemer statue and the Barra Lighthouse, which offer magnificent views of the neighborhood and the ocean. If you're planning to visit during Carnival, our location is strategic as it's where the best camarotes (VIP areas) are set up. You'll be in the heart of the festivities, surrounded by lively celebrations and contagious joy. Enjoy the comfort of our apartment and be close to all the fun that Salvador's Carnival has to offer.

1 parking spot available. The use of the garage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum capacity is reached, you will not be allowed to park your vehicle inside the building's garage.

During the period of Salvador's Carnaval, the use of the parking space is restricted, and it is not possible for guests to use it. The reason is the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall.
