Located closest to the water within a quiet two-home compound, this home features a spacious boathouse deck ideal for relaxing and tanning, four waterfront lounge chairs, arcade games, ping pong, board games, and a Peloton bike. This property also offers a new fire pit, charcoal grill and wood fireplace. Open living areas and comfortable sleeping for up to 10 guests make this ideal for families and group getaways. Boat lift is unfortunately not available.

Outdoor & Waterfront Experience:

Enjoy peaceful waterfront surroundings, shoreline access for swimming and relaxing, and uninterrupted lake views — perfect for morning coffee, afternoon sun, or sunset downtime. Unfortunately, boat lift is not available at this time.

We have four Kayaks available: 3 kids and 1 adult, please ask us for access and put back when you are done with them.


Pet Policy:

This home is pet-friendly for dogs only, with a maximum of two dogs. A $40 per dog, per night pet fee applies. Pet cleaning is not included in the standard cleaning fee. Guests must bring poop bags and lint rollers and are responsible for cleaning pet waste and pet hair from furniture and the lawn to help maintain a 5-star stay.

This pet-friendly waterfront retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment, and outdoor living, ideal for family vacations, group trips, or a peaceful escape by the water.

Kayak Usage: We will have the kayaks by the dock for you! Please return them to the same place when finished and be sure to bring life vests. Kayaks are provided as a courtesy amenity and are used at your own risk. Guests assume responsibility for safe use while on the water. We recommend wearing life vests at all times. These kayaks are new and we are currently stocking supplies to go with them.
