Lance, thank you for sharing you thoughts. I'd like to provide some clarity on a few points for our future guests. It's true that parking from Thanksgiving through the end of the ski season is $15/day in the large lots near the condo. During the rest of the year parking is free. I've done the best I can to select "parking provided" which is different than "free parking" and provide payment details on the top of this listing. I'm sorry you chose an indirect route to the ski hill as there's a much shorter route, requiring absolutely no stairs, through the wide opening of the Viewline Resort/Hotel which is right next door. We have never had a complaint from groups of 4 regarding the space feeling inadequate. The listing clearly states that it's a loft condo and our photos clearly show that the loft does not have tall ceilings. I'm sorry you found the heat to feel inconsistent, this is the first I've heard of this but we're happy to add a fan to help shift the air around if that would prove to be beneficial. The last thing I'd like to clarify for our future guests is that there is a door to the bathroom so, if you'd like privacy while using the shower or toilet, you can absolutely close that door. Everyone's needs and styles are different so it's great that we all have choices when choosing a vacation rental. Our team is thankful to have the opportunity to host guests who come to Snowmass from all over the world and we welcome them to our cozy Simplicity at Snowmass.

We sincerely apologize for the toilet paper oversight; this was an honest mistake by our housekeeper as she prepared the condo for your arrival. We'd have loved the chance to provide you with more rolls if we had known, so please don't hesitate to reach out during future stays. As for the loft ceiling, we do highlight it as a sleeping loft with low ceilings in both our listing description and photo captions, to help guests understand the layout before booking.
