Coffee on vacation is important so we got you covered! Below are all the options:

- GE Semi-Automatic Espresso machine (takes whole fresh beans)
- Drip coffee brewer (takes ground coffee/needs filters) - we provide the ground coffee and filters
- Nespresso Machine (takes larger pods)
- Keurig machine (takes standard Keurig pods)

We provide ground coffee for the drip coffee brewer
Guest access
Only the home and backyard/front yard

Surrounding lake is private property and guest are not allowed to access it. This is considered trespassing and could be fined or have reservations cancelled without refunds.

Garage is not included with the stay.


Other things to note:


Please note that landscaping and hot tub maintenance staff may visit periodically during your stay. During these times, the hot tub may be temporarily unavailable. This is done to ensure guest safety and proper maintenance. Refunds are not provided for maintenance interruptions, as safety will always remain our top priority.

The outdoor areas of the property are regularly maintained, but due to changing weather conditions or external factors —especially in winter—there may be temporary issues such as debris, dirt, or limited patio use. While we do our best to keep everything in great condition, we do not offer refunds for outdoor landscaping or cleanliness issues that arise for any reason.

As this home is located near a lake and farmland, guests may occasionally encounter insects or small pests, despite our regular professional treatments. This is uncommon but can happen naturally due to the environment. Please be aware of this before booking, as refunds cannot be issued for situations beyond our control related to the home’s location.

The hot tub equipment are serviced regularly, but like any equipment, they may require unexpected maintenance from time to time. If an issue occurs during your stay (and it was not caused by guest misuse), we may offer up to a 10% refund on affected nights. Thankfully, this is very rare, but we like to be transparent just in case.

This home is next to commercial greenhouses. Please do not enter these areas, as they are private property and doing so may result in legal action for trespassing. Guests found in unauthorized areas will have their stay immediately cancelled without refund.

We have a strict no parties or events policy. Any violation will result in the reservation being cancelled without refund.

The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not operational.

For streaming services, please use your own accounts and remember to log out before checkout.

This is a large home, so please note that the air conditioning system may take some time to fully cool the space. It is a residential unit, not a commercial one, so guests from warmer climates (like the U.S.) should adjust expectations accordingly. From our experience living here the basement is generally the most cool and upstairs is warmer.

The Nintendo Switch is provided with several multiplayer games (including Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros.) and four controllers for your enjoyment.

Please note there are operating businesses nearby (greenhouses), so you may occasionally notice workers, vehicles, or mild noise from daily operations. We ask that you do not disturb nearby businesses or staff.

If the propane for the BBQ or fire pit runs out, there is a gas station about a 5-minute drive away where you can exchange the tank. Please send us the receipt, and we’ll be happy to reimburse you for the refill.

This is our home and we did raise our kids here. That being said there is small wear and tear (cosmetic damage) on the walls and home. we do out best to maintain it but like any house it does have some. This does not mean we take cleanliness lightly, as any home guest should expect our home to be clean but just to expect some wear and tear from usage.

We do provide Ground Coffee and Tea. If you would like to use espresso machine/pods you would need to buy fresh whole beans. Some technical knowledge is required to pour espresso shots. If you are not familiar with how to use the machines, it may be difficult to use. We have the GE Semiautomatic espresso machine which doses out the beans, so you just need to tamp and press one button.
