Guest Access:
Ridge Retreat is accessed through a smart lock on the front door. A personalized entry code will be sent on the day of check-in.

Safety:
• Hot tub and pool are used at your own risk. Follow posted safety instructions. Children must be supervised at all times.
• For safety, there is no jumping or diving in the pool or hot tub. Do not sit or stand on the waterfall feature.
• No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub, pool, or pool house.
• The pool house door must remain closed for safety. It should never be propped open.

House Rules:
• No smoking of any kind on the premises; smoking will result in a $750 additional cleaning and ozone fee. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other form of smoking.
• We do not allow pets in our cabin due to the owners severe allergies. Any pet dander, hair, etc found will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee. If you are traveling with a service animal, we legally have to allow the service animal to stay. However, we hope you will consider one of the many other cabins in the area that allows pets to help with our owners severe allergies.
• No parties, unauthorized events, or unregistered guests are allowed.
• Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and provide photo ID upon booking.

A Note About Wildlife:
At Ridge Retreat, we're lucky to be surrounded by the natural beauty of the Smoky Mountains. As such, there is a possibility of encountering wild animals, bears, bugs, and other wildlife in the area. While regular pest control is performed, sightings cannot be guaranteed or fully prevented.
