Relax by the pool or in the hot tub after a day of pickleball, golf, hiking, biking, tennis, shopping and exploring. There are three bedrooms featuring one queen bed in the primary and two sets of twin beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. No Children under 16 are allowed due to pool liability/risk issues. There is also a family room, a formal dining room and an office. Two bathrooms provide convenience and privacy. We are moving to another house and will take new pictures after we pack and get rid of the clutter and clean. Two big screen TVs in the family room for those who want to watch sports events simultaneously. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating, air conditioning, and fans throughout. 10 minute walk to shopping and fast food restaurants. Only 5 minutes from the Empire Polo Grounds and Coachella Music Festivals. 15 minute drive to the BNP Paraba Open tennis tournament as well as to PGA West, home of the American Express tournament played on the publicly available Stadium and Nicklaus Courses. Also 15 minutes from the quaint village of Old Town La Quinta and multiple well maintained public pickleball and tennis courts at Fritz Burns Park where play starts early every morning. 40 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park. Great Biking and Hiking trails nearby. Owner/Manager is an avid golfer and hiker and can share tips on the best trails and golf including the best golf deal in the valley. Heating the hot tub on a daily basis is included. However, heating the pool is not included unless you are willing to pay an additional $20 a day to keep it above 80 degrees (that’s what it costs for the natural gas to heat the pool). Owner/Manager will provide instructions in regards to the spa and pool upon check in. AGAIN, NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE ALLOWED DUE TO POOL LIABILITY/RISK ISSUES. WE LIVED HERE FOR 13 WINTERS AND ARE FRIENDS WITH ALL THE NEIGHBORS. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THEM ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO NOISE.
