We had a great time here. Spacious and the private pool was nice. We appreciated how responsive the hosts were especially with our stay being over the holidays. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out but also very homey. The kitchen was great! Thank you.

Lovely home! Quiet, serene & beautiful golf course views. The home was equipped with everything we needed and located close to shopping. We didn’t have time to enjoy the nice pool - but it was calling out to us!! Kim is great!! Very responsive and helpful!! We visit the desert 4x every winter and would stay at this home again in a heart beat! Thanks Kim!!

Unbeatable option for a weekend getaway!

Home was excellent, great rooms, clean bathrooms and an amazing kitchen, living room and backyard pool. Would 100% stay here again! Kim was super responsive and helpful during the entire week!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was very easy and Kim responded quickly if we ever had questions. We enjoyed the pool and the beds are very comfortable!

Fun in the sun

We had a great time together for a family reunion. Everybody enjoyed their stay. The home and amenities were great, the pool was a huge hit with all of us and the weather was perfect. Our goats were great in communicating with us throughout the process. Would definitely go back!

A great stay in Indio!

We had a great stay at Kim's place in Indio. The house was perfectly clean, spacious and comfortable. When I had questions our hosts were easily available and very helpful. The best review I can give is to say I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great weekend staying at this house. Kim was extremely easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. The house was clean and organized. The amenities of the complex were very nice and we are looking forward to returning to Indian palms!

The best family holiday!

This was our second time here, but the first with our adult kids and 18month grandson. Kim's home is spacious, very well taken care of and had everything we could possibly need. We spent our days in the pool and appreciated the many sitting areas with umbrellas! Loved the open feeling backing onto the golf course and facing west meant we had the sun all day:) Hope to be back again! Tomiyama Family

Great house

The house fit our family perfectly. The outside area is great, the little kids loved the landing in the pool! We loved watching the golfers all day. The rooms were great size and plenty of living space for us all. The huge TV was great for watching sports and we loved playing games at the dining table. Pantry and big fridge were great for all the the food we bring

Very Nice Property in Indio

The property was great for us four gents who came on a short golf trip. The area was safe and the golf courses were all close by. The communication was excellent and the owners were very responsive. The main bedroom and ensuite is wonderful and the other bedrooms were perfect for our group. The kitchen was very well appointed. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pool where we could not get it to heat up. The owners tried to assist but on a short stay the timing worked against us.

Sandstorm Lacrosse Homebase

This was a great location for the lacrosse tournament. The house was clean and very comfortable. I agree with other comments that it was one of the nicer VRBO homes we have rented. There was a long wait at the gate the first night (20 minutes or more), but it was probably due to all the lacrosse travelers. It would be nice to have this a little earlier but this has nothing to do with the property owner. Great stay and would definitely stay again if we do tourney again.

Beautiful and comfortable

It was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely book this property again. Beautiful Master suite far enough away from Kids and Grandparents’s rooms to enjoy some quiet down time. We enjoyed spending mornings drinking coffee and evenings with wine enjoying the view of the mountains and golf course. note: unrelated to this specific property, getting through The Indian Palms security check point can result in quite a traffic backup during peak times. For some reason they haven’t implemented an efficient process, so you will need to sit and wait it out.
