Come experience RACCOON RIDGE — where luxury meets adventure, and every sunrise feels like a masterpiece. 🌄

AT THIS TIME, RACCOON RIDGE IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY STAY.

Guests will have 24 hr access via a Yale Smart Lock, located on the front door. We also provide a back up key in the event the keypad fails.

We follow your lead! We will not be there to greet you in person, however, are here if you have questions, concerns or simply need advice.

NO PETS ALLOWED AT THIS TIME. We do not allow the use of fireworks or firearms on the property grounds.

There are many stairs in our cabin, however we do have one bedroom on the main level and a ramp to the main entrance from the driveway.

Our driveway is steep on one side. We recommend coming in through the top (steep) entrance and exiting out of the bottom. This will make it much easier to come and go. There is also parking on the side of the road (on the right, coming in). Please do not park on the left of the road, that property belongs to our neighbor.

- Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult when using the hot tub
- Children using the playground must be supervised at all times
