Avec un superbe cadre en bord de riviÚre sur la puissante riviÚre Toccoa, River Dreams est sûr de vous transporter dans un tout autre monde de détente et de plaisir. Le chalet River Dreams comprend 7 chambres spacieuses et un coin mezzanine et peut accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes. Avec un grand salon avec des plafonds mansardés, une magnifique cheminée en pierre empilée, une cuisine complÚte et une salle à manger ouverte, et une salle de jeux avec table de billard, et quelques autres jeux, vous aurez tout le confort de la maison et bien plus encore!

Property could have been cleaned better. Sheets were dirty and we had to rewash them. Fireplace dis not work in main living area. Heat in the home was unbalanced. Some areas were cold and others hot. Overall stay was fine.

Yes, host was responsive to questions, amenities great. We did very much enjoy the cabin and property. Made some precious memories with children and grandchildren. My family thoroughly enjoyed their time at Big Dream! The house setup was perfect and fit the entire family. The kitchen/dining space provided plenty of room for everyone to gather around the table. The Wi-Fi was a little on the slow side, but we weren't there for the Wi-Fi we were there for the family time. The fire pit was a big hit as were the games for the kiddos. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were roomy and clean, and the outside space was beautiful. Would certainly recommend and we hope to get to visit again!

The property itself is beautiful and has great potential for a relaxing stay. However, the only issue we experienced was with the cleanliness of the kitchen and the stained bed sheets, which was very concerning upon arrival. The kitchen’s condition really set the tone for our stay. A deep cleaning is definitely needed for this cabin. There were also many gnats and flies already present when we arrived, making it difficult to cook comfortably. Although the property manager responded quickly and was polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved, and we ended up cleaning everything ourselves before cooking.

The Check-In process was very convenient. We LOVE the property the cabin sits on. The creek and the river provide amazing fishing and plenty of places for the kids to play. The hot tub did not have any chemicals in it and was not serviced so we were not able to use it other than the first day on property due to the water becoming dirty and smelly very quickly. Some spots on the outside of the home need to be repaired; including the exterior door in the laundry room. The inside of the cabin was very clean and provides plenty of space for our extended family to all share one home. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Kids loved playing in the creek and plenty of room for them to run around inside & out. Having a second refrigerator in the laindry room was a benefit for our large group. House needs a few minor updates but nothing that impeded our visit. Only issue was one of the upstairs bedroom was missing a bed listed. We were able to make a pullout couch in the loft work. Enjoyed our stay. We'd return.

Beautiful and perfect family stay!

We truly enjoyed our time in this home and it worked perfectly for our family get together. There were 20 of us and we all fit all throughout the home with no issues. Our only complaint was that the lighting in the main living area was very dark since there is wood on walls. So the kitchen, living room, and loft area had poor lighting at night. Everything else was great. The kids loved the creek and game room. Adults loved the big table and hot tub!

Perfect for our family reunion with ten adults and 14 kids ranging from 2 to 16! Rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen and dining area well suited to prepping and feeding the troop, and the property was amazing! Kids played in the water for hours!

We have stayed here about 4 years in a row. We love it for many reasons:My entire family can stay with us,so it was perfect for Fathers Day Weekend.It is ON THE RIVER with Laurel Creek to play in.Fishing , cooking. Tubing, campfire, S’mores, catching lightning bugs , Hot tub ,It only needs some comfortable chairs for Grandparents

This property was perfect for our big family. The kids and adults fished all day, played sports and relaxed in one of the many rooms. Highschool Friends weekend

The property is fantastic for our annual get together. We have been there for 2 years and a couple of years and common issues are stair planks being loose and a hazard. Bottom floor is cold.

About the Owner: Hi, I'm Colby the owner, Andy is my Rental Agent and will be happy to assist you in your vacation needs! I moved to Blue Ridge years ago, after traveling around the world for over a decade as a flying trapeze artists (true story!) Having grown up just down the road in Atlanta, Blue Ridge and the North GA mountains always held a special place in my heart, so I was beyond thrilled to "run away from the circus" and have the chance to make this heaven on earth my home!

I love being able to share the majesty of Blue Ridge with guests from all over the world, and hear their stories of epic family gatherings and laughter-filled groups of friends coming together for good times and adventure. We also are proud to offer the only flying trapeze school for several hundred miles, so if you're feeling a daring streak, come try a class with us!

Having seen hundreds of cabins both on and off the river during my years in Blue Ridge, I knew the first time I saw this property that it had something magical about it. Very few properties offer both river and creek frontage, and with the rustic barn and wide open level yard space (another rarity up here in the mountains), my heart was swept away. I knew that this would be a vacation heaven for countless groups for many years to come, and couldn't wait to share it with the world! The Toccoa River is the lifeblood of Blue Ridge, and once you spend a few hours here you'll feel its powerful energy coursing through you as surely as I do.
