This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Gilroy. With four bedrooms featuring a king bed, four twin beds, a bunk bed, and a full bed, thereâs plenty of space for everyone. Guests enjoy four bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and hair dryer for convenience. The fantastic living room includes a comfy sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether youâre traveling with family or friends, this delightful house offers a superb blend of comfort and space. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
There are many wineries in the area including Satori Cellars, Verde Vineyards, Clos la Chance Winery and more. There are several golf courses close by: Eagle Ridge Golf Club, Cordevalle and San Juan Oaks not to mention the numerous golf courses on the Monterey Peninsula less than one hour to the south.
Gilroy is the ideal location and is central to many areas of interest. To the west is Santa Cruz, home of The Mystery Spot and the Santa Cruz Boardwalk with rides and games right on the beach. As mentioned, the Monterey Peninsula is to the south. There you can visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, the Old Fisherman's Wharf and more. Drive about an hour north and you'll be in San Francisco where you can find almost anything you're looking for. And after all of that exploring you can come back to Gilroy and relax in your home-away-from-home.

I was born and raised in San Francisco. The thing I enjoy most is spending time with my family. This house was perfect for spending a lot of quality time together. Now that my kids are grown and away at college Iâd love for other families to spend time at our home that holds so many memories for me.

The neighbors are nice (and far away) and do their own thing. We are respectful of each others spaces.
The neighborhood is away from the city. Youâll see horses walking by and goats and chickens next door. Thereâs a sense of freedom you feel when your neighbors arenât directly next to you. There is no sidewalk so no random foot traffic.
At night itâs quiet and when the sky is clear you can see the stars vividly.

The backyard oasis is what makes this property unique. Youâd never need to leave for any entertainment. The pool has its own waterslide, thereâs an in ground jetted hot tub.
The pool house has a gas grill, gas burner, sink and dishwasher as well as a full refrigerator, ice maker and microwave. Thereâs also a full bathroom in the pool house and an outdoor shower, both with hot water. The area just outside the pool house is a little putting green. There is enough grassy area to run and play.
If you prefer inside, the billiards room has an 8ft drop pocket pool table that can provide hours of entertainment. The house is large enough that you can retreat to one of the bedrooms for a little quiet time or join the fun in the kitchen/living room/breakfast nook which overlooks the pool.
The large deck outside the house is a great place to set up some tables and chairs and enjoy the waterfall scene of the swimming pool. We have propane heaters for your use in case the air is chilly.
Just to the side of the pool is the wood burning fire pit. Sit around to chat, make some sâmores or just stare into the flames itâs up to you!
