Il dispose de deux chambres à coucher principale-de-chaussée et une chambre en mezzanine et deux salles de bains avec trois lits king et un canapé-lit double dans le salon. Une famille de huit ou quatre couples sur un budget peut se sentir comme à la maison.

Pour le confort de tous, ceci est une unité non-fumeurs. Animaux ne sont pas autorisés - sans aucune exception.

Salon et balcon Vues comprennent la Continental Divide, White River National Forest, Keystone et Breckenridge domaine skiable de ski, et le lac Dillon.

Il est situé au centre (20 - 35 minutes sur des routes sÚches) entre Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge Arapahoe Basin et Loveland Basin Ski Resorts et 45 - 85 minutes à Vail et Beaver Creek. Views can’t be beat! Great location for Keystone, Breckinridge or Loveland. Condo is beautifully updated (pictures don’t do it justice) and very well appointed. Plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Host was very gracious and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was great. I did not notice that the unit did not have a w-d in the unit. The laundry room was on the lower level. Also the unit was 3rd floor and no elevator. Otherwise it was great space.

Excellent Silverthorne condo

Stayed at a few condos in Siverthorne and Frisco and this is the best we have stayed in. Already booked again for next year. Great host with a well equipped condo. Beds are comfortable.

I dont enjoy giving bad reviews but this was a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we walked into a horrible smoke odor. I reached out to the owner to inform him of the odor and to document the odor was there at check in so we were not to blame. I believe someone lives there part time (when not rented), and is a smoker. We bought candles, febreeze, and glade plug ins to try to help with the odor. It did not. After a day, we noticed that our clothes started smelling like cigarettes smoke. Then our ski gear. Then our luggage. After three nights putting up with the smell, on our 6 hour drive home, we noticed the fabric in our vehicle had the smoke smell in it as well. Once we arrived home, we had to scrub all our clothes, gear, luggage and detail the interior of our vehicle. It was not worth the stay! The owner was responsive at the beginning of the stay, but has since stopped all communication. With this honest and transparent review I hope to save someone else with the same headache that we went through.

Our other home is in Virginia but my career has taken me to more than 40 countries in Southern Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Eurasia and the rest of the world.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

While working in Iraq in 2010, and considering retirement in the near future, I began searching on line for a vacation home that our entire family would enjoy. Melanie actually visited more than 20 properties for me and we settled on this condo because of the awesome views, comfortable floor plan and furnishings, and convenience to all of the great ski and recreational areas in Summit and Eagle Counties.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment required to prepare multi-course meals and aprĂšs-ski drinks to enjoy in the cozy dining and living area with spectacular views. There is also a propane grill on the balcony.

There is Digital Satellite cable TV, Tivo, DVD/CD player, VCR, Stereo. Free high-speed Internet access and two Ethernet cables for your laptop computer. There are board games and puzzles available for family use.

Other amenities include: towels, linens, iron & board, hair dryer, free parking, extra folding chairs for guests, and a coin operated laundry is located on the ground floor of the building.

The condominium is centrally located between Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin and Loveland Basin Ski Resorts, each about 20-40 minutes away by car. The Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores, shopping centers, and restaurants are a ten minute drive away. The condo is also located 45-85 minutes by car from Vail and Beaver Creek, depending on driving conditions.

The Colorado Mountain Express offers door-to-door service from Denver International Airport, and there is a FREE county-wide Summit Stage bus that stops hourly across the street, with convenient connecting service at the Silverthorne Transfer Center to ski resorts. However, a car is recommended.

The condo is located in a quiet building, so if you plan to party after 10 PM, please seek your lodging elsewhere.
