The homeowner was surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- The home is a 1909 farmhouse, and while it has been updated, some features, like the upstairs bathroom, reflect its original design- While most guests haven’t reported issues with the beds, we'll check for any creaky frames and address them as needed- We found a loose doorknob in the twin bedroom and have since fixed it- There are flip locks on most doors, but we will add a lock to the downstairs bathroom, as we realize that was an oversight- Double-pane windows were installed to help reduce street noise, but the home’s location on a busy street may still cause some sound- Due to the compact design of the original galley kitchen, there is no dishwasher, but we’ve done our best to modernize the space while keeping its historic charmThank you again for your thoughtful comments.
