When you first reached out after check-in regarding the beds, we offered the option to cancel your reservation if you felt the property was not a good fit. You chose to continue your stay before ultimately deciding to leave early several days later. Regarding the concerns about bugs, our home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every guest’s arrival, and the conditions shown in the photos you shared were not present during our pre-arrival inspection. We also did not receive any reports of ongoing pest issues before or after your stay. We also noticed that the Wi-Fi router had been switched off, despite our check-in instructions specifically asking guests not to adjust or disconnect the network equipment, which affected the internet service until it was restored. We appreciate all guest feedback, as it helps future travelers determine whether our home is the right fit for their needs. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable home and responsive communication for every guest.

We had an amazing stay and are so grateful to our host for sharing such a beautiful home! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed to feel at home.One of our favorite things was the neighborhood—it was quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. Having access to two community pools was a huge bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated that there were plenty of towels available for both bathing and swimming, which was incredibly convenient.The outdoor grill was another great feature that we took advantage of, and it made for some enjoyable family meals during our stay. It was clear that the home was thoughtfully prepared for guests, with plenty of amenities and little touches that made a difference.Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and stress-free. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay. We would gladly stay here again.
