This is a self check-in property with accessible key by lockbox. I live a short drive away from the property and am easily reachable by Airbnb messaging and phone (emergencies only) and would be happy to assist guest for any questions that you might have during reasonable hours or first thing next morning :)

Rincon is the town that taught me how to snorkel and surf. This is where I remember falling asleep to the sounds of the Coquí and where I spent my childhood summers. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and inhabited mostly by my family members living close by. It is also here that my grandpa used to have his little "colmado" so we kindly ask that guests respect the space.

Guest will have access to the entire house located on a second story. (Must climb stairs through entrance in the back of the property. The patio area has been recently remodeled with a lush garden to create extra privacy for your enjoyment.

The "casita" consists of two (2) a/c equipped bedrooms, one Queen Bed in the main bedroom and one queen bed in second guest room. Bright well lit living area with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen essentials and your own bathroom and amenities make this an ideal place to get away for a little while.

Heads up, future island adventurers!

We highly recommend renting a car during your stay. Uber and similar ride services are not very common in the area, and taxis can get expensive real quick . The best (and most fun!) way to explore all the beautiful beaches, hidden gems, and tasty restaurants is by having your own set of wheels!

Our cozy Casita is located on the second story (stairs are required) and has been thoughtfully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay with all the essentials you may need. Step outside to enjoy a peaceful garden terrace, the perfect spot to unwind and take in the tropical surroundings.

While Rincón is best known as a vibrant beach town, our Casita sits in a lush “tropical jungle” setting — which means you might occasionally encounter some of our small island neighbors such as mosquitoes, ants, moths, geckos, or harmless garden spiders. We perform regular pest control, but a few may still find their way indoors, especially if doors are left open. For your convenience, you’ll find bug spray under the kitchen sink. To make the most of your visit and explore everything Rincón and the island have to offer, we highly recommend having a car during your stay.
