Maison privée avec des vues spectaculaires! Profitez de ce confortable chalet de 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain avec parking fermé, climatisation dans les deux chambres, télévision par câble, écran plat 32 pouces, accès Internet et une cuisine entièrement équipée! Grand patio extérieur avec barbecue à gaz, table de patio et une baignoire / spa extérieure avec jets! Lever de soleil toute l'année, coucher de soleil saisonnier et observation des baleines. Tout cela à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de sable, idéal pour le surf et la natation (lorsque la houle est minime). À distance de marche d'un certain nombre de grands bars / restaurants locaux, boutiques de cadeaux, etc.

This two-story home is quaint, spotless, and incredibly peaceful with a great patio. The layout is perfect for couples, with a cozy kitchen and living area downstairs and two bedrooms and a bath above. Tucked away in lush island greenery, the house is surrounded by the wonderful sounds of nature. Our local host was a pleasure to work with—highly responsive and helpful with the few minor needs we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

The house is in a great location with easily walkable stores, restaurants and beaches. The large patio makes the house feel larger. The outdoor bathtub is a nice touch as well as the outdoor shower and hose to wash off all the sand.

Wonderful cottage, great location.

This was the perfect cottage for our stay in Rincon. Location near the beach, everything we needed, just the right size, well kept, nice out door sitting area with grill and tub. We would highly recommend and will stay here when we return.

We Love Rustic Retreat

So glad we returned to Rustic Retreat! Perfect location with the beach so close. Moonbathing in the outdoor bathtub is a dream, as is the outdoor shower. Favorite place!

Great getaway

The house was just what we needed for a low key break from San Juan. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to several great beaches. The hosts were very nice, responsive, and friendly. We will visit again if we have the chance!

Wonderful beach bungalow!

The house was exactly as described with a perfect location with short walk to beach. Comfy bedrooms with little balcony overlooking sunset and sea were great. Patio area was a nice place to relax and cook out on the grill. Hosts were easy to communicate with and professional. Great stay and wonderful home base in Puntas.

Wonderful and Relaxing

Had such a great time staying here. The house was really nice and well maintained. Ryan and Erica were amazing hosts. They were very helpful and available. They pointed us in the direction of some great food and waves. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect little retreat!

Quiet area for rest and relaxation. We loved the outdoor area, we sat out every morning for coffee and evenings we grilled and had cocktails. Walking distance to sandy beach and barefoot yoga. Ryan, Erica, and their children are exceptionally friendly and provided anything we needed. Will definitely stay again!

I have been coming to Rincon since 1995. I fell in love with this island, it's people and their warm culture. I live on the same property in a separate house below in the valley. Enough privacy, but we are always here if you need anything. It is myself, my wife Erica, our two boys (Dante-10yo and Rise-5yo) and our dog, Shrimp.

We look forward to sharing our piece of paradise with you!
