Welcome to this stylish and modern studio, Syrena 403, perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for comfort and convenience. Situated on the 4th floor of a 5-story building, the studio combines a lively ambiance with functional amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Getting Around:

- The nearest international airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN), about 34 miles away, approximately 45 minutes by car.



- Free parking is available at the property, with easy access to the apartment. The parking entrance is located on 6th bis Street, where you will find a ramp with a gate. The gate can be opened using the parking remote control provided in the apartment.



- Public transport options, including buses and taxis, are readily available and nearby for easy access to local attractions.

- Please note: There is a bar/karaoke located on the corner of 25th Avenue, just across the street, that operates at night. We have insulated the access doors to reduce noise as much as possible; however, if you’re a light sleeper or prefer to go to bed early, please keep this in mind before booking.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No tents or structures are allowed to be set up on the property grounds.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.

- Please note that you’ll need to climb some stairs to enter the building.
