This is a private residence on five acres with plenty of space between the neighbors.

Chapel Dulcinea is on the hill above our property and you can hear the wedding bells ring often. Plenty of space for parking. Ask about hosting events of over 20 people.

A code to an electronic keypad on the front door will be provided for your stay.

My wife and I will be staying in a cabin on adjacent property or in our RV not far away and will be available for questions or assistance. I drive a 2017 Luxury Ford Expedition that seats 7 passengers and am available for trips into town or local vineyards, distilleries and breweries.

We are located in the Heart of the Texas Hill Country and are close to many local wedding venues, vineyards, distilleries, breweries, the Salt Lick BBQ, the Wizard Academy and Chapel Dulcinea. Travel twenty minutes to downtown Austin during evening and weekend traffic.

Plenty of onsite parking with a gated entrance. Your host drives a winery/distillery/brewery tour on weekends in Mercedes Coach Limos through Slow Pokes Wine Tours. For wedding transport check Your Day Charters.  Clint also manages the adjacent property Dove Hollow Ranch on 7+ acres with a large 7 bedroom, 5 bath house that sleeps up to 22.  For larger events such as family reunions, retreats or wedding events you can rent both together.

Located twenty minutes to Austin, thirty minutes to San Marcos, forty five minutes to New Braunfels and one hour to San Antonio or Fredericksburg. We have lived in this area for 30+ years and are very familiar with local attractions and can make recommendations at your request.
