Ce duplex de style victorien a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement rĂ©novĂ© il y a quelques annĂ©es Ă  peine. Il a Ă©tĂ© construit comme 2 maisons de ville et a maintenant des portes Ă  chaque Ă©tage, nous louons donc les deux cĂŽtĂ©s au mĂȘme groupe, et vous obtenez la MAISON ENTIÈRE!

Cette maison spacieuse et confortable est
entiÚrement meublé avec deux grands salons doubles au rez-de-chaussée et 4 chambres à l'étage avec des lits en mousse à mémoire de forme king size (ou nous pouvons échanger pour 1-2 rois pour 2-4 lits jumeaux), deux baignoires jacuzzi et deux douches doubles. Il y a 2 demi-salles de bains en bas pour plus de commodité, ainsi que 2 cuisines, 2 salles de lavage et une belle terrasse en brique avec meubles de jardin et barbecue au gaz.

Superbes vues des ponts avant et arriÚre au 2Úme étage. C'est l'une des plus grandes propriétés du quartier.

Fabulous Uptown Rental

Great Location and even better host!

If you want to be in a great location away from the NOLA tourist traps, this is the place for you. The house is spacious, within walking distance to all that Magazine St. has to offer including Guy’s Poboys! Our host met us at arrival and gave us a walkthru of the house, which is clean and well kept. He was communicative from the very beginning and really set the tone for our great stay. Highly recommend!!

Spacious 4-bedroom home in a great location

Our family included 2 children, 7 and 9, and 5 adults. We are frequent visitors to New Orleans and this location is ideal, close to restaurants, coffee shops and Whole Foods. With 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 livings rooms we could spread out and relax before our frequent neighborhood walks. We all enjoyed this comfortable home.

Perfect New Orleans Getaway

This house was perfect for our family’s first trip to New Orleans. It is a beautiful/safe/quiet neighborhood and the house is situated perfectly to walk to Magazine street which is lined with great restaurants, shops, etc. The house is very spacious, with comfortable bed rooms and lots of baths, making it a great place for stays over a long period of time. Gary was easy to communicate with and an accommodating host. Highly recommended!

Simply flawless!

I've stayed in numerous rentals in New Orleans over the years, and this is the best ever. It's extremely well-appointed, clean, convenient, comfortable, and the owner simply couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. Out of five stars, it has to be rated a six.

We had a group of girls who had never been to New Orleans in town for a low key bachelorette party. This house was perfect! Incredibly clean. It was in a great location. Lots of room so everyone was comfortable. Great kitchen where we made jambalaya for the out of town guests. I'd highly recommend this house.

Great location

Several family members were staying at this property for a long weekend. There was plenty of space for us. We hosted a dinner party for 14 people and were happy to have the two kitchens to prepare. It would have been nice to have one large space to accommodate eating all together. The bathrooms are nice. Some of the furnishings could be spruced up.

Tulane Family Weeeknd

This property was great for my group of teens through grandparents. We had the entire house and found it remarkably quiet between the 2 sides -- grandparents up early for coffee didn't bother the teens sleeping in. And late night TV watching didn't both the early to bed crowd. The location was great (several restaurants and grocery stores a short walk or drive), neighborhood felt safe, streetcar was a few blocks away, and I think we could have even walked to campus. Gary was super responsive and very easy to reach.

Wonderful house, quiet yet close to so many uptown gems. A great way to experience New Orleans like

This is a wonderful New Orleans home. We celebrated my parents' 45th anniversary. We had 3 couples, another adult and a 3 year old child. We were all very happy and comfortable for our entire stay. The location is a perfect uptown location. Whole Foods and my favorite uptown shops are just blocks away up Magazine St., not to mention a delicious boulangerie and a favorite poboy shop as well. A great way to experience New Orleans like a local. Safe, easy and available parking right in front of the house was an added bonus. We would definitely come back and stay here again. Thanks to Gary for making the booking and arrangements so easy!

It was okay.

Gary insisted on texting me on my cell phone instead of the VRBO messaging platform which I was uncomfortable with. He also insisted on meeting us in person to let us into the property. It came across distrustful, not the "warm New Orleans welcome" he played it off as. The house was fine! Mattresses were good, but there were not a lot of pillows available and some of the extra linens felt dirty. Like with any older home you can hear everything so keep that in mind if looking at this property! While the location was great being so close to our family reunion, I think for the cost- next time we're better off just finding a hotel.

Great Stay!

This property is perfect for a larger family gathering, offering plenty of space in a great location! Blocks for popular Magazine Street as well as Trolley stops that allow for easy access to various parts of New Orleans including the French Quarter. My family and I stayed her for Easter and having access to two big kitchens helped with prepping a fantastic Easter Day brunch. The property was extremely clean, spacious and Gary was fantastic to work with throughout the entire trip (as well as leading up to it). He was very accommodating with all of our requests and was always available if he had any questions. All around great experience!

Four King Beds for the WIN!

Came to New Orleans for the FSU vs LSU football game. Four Couples. Its not often you fine a VRBO with four king size beds, but this one does. In addition it was clean and comfy, nearby to restaurants and an easy walk or Uber to anywhere in town. Gary was super easy to communicate with and very helpful, providing his long list of recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. 100% Recommend.

You can’t find a better place!

I had the absolute best time at our recent stay at Gary’s property. Not only was the house beautiful, clean and accurate to the listing but Gary was more than accommodating for any request or questions we had prior to arriving and throughout our stay. I would absolutely love to come back and stay at this location anytime. As far as location goes, you get the New Orleans charm without the New Orleans noise and you’re only a quick ride from downtown in the French quarter. 10/10 recommend a stay here for you and your group!

Having returned to marry the girl next door just a few months before Katrina, he has played his part in rebuilding this wonderful city through various real estate projects and other entrepreneurial ventures. We fought for legalization for years and finally got it. We operate with the utmost consideration for our neighbors and New Orleans, yet the City Council, heavily influenced by hotel lobby and influential neighborhood associations, seems determined to keep honorable property owners from serving our guests! This building was falling down after 'The Storm,' as we call it. When the chance came up to buy it from an out of town investor who was unable to recover from storm damages, we jumped at it.

The moment the neighbors saw that we were fining the place up and getting good people living there, they were really happy to see the neighborhood improving, one property at a time. Please inquire about larger groups; we have other places too.
