Comfy Cabin Retreat for 8 with Hot Tub & Sauna
A cozy (completed in summer 2015), beautifully furnished log villa located on the shores of Lake PÀijÀnne in Toivakka, within a short walking distance of MÀmminiemi. The property features a shallow natural sandy beach in a sheltered bay, a private pier, and excellent outdoor facilities. Guests can enjoy large terrace with a hot tub available for an additional fee. There is a wood-heated lakeside sauna, while the main cabin also includes an electric sauna.
The cabin offers comfortable accommodation with well-planned spaces. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two separate beds, a spacious living area with a slate stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a sauna, shower, and toilet. Upstairs, the loft area is accessed via steep stairs and includes one bedroom with four separate beds as well as an open loft area with two separate beds.
The cabin is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system, WiFi, and an air-source heat pump. Underfloor heating is available in the living area and wet rooms for added comfort.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are not included. These can be reserved in advance for an additional fee of âŹ15 per set â please let us know at the time of booking.
The price includes two 60-liter bags of firewood. Additional firewood is available for âŹ10 per bag.
A hot tub can be booked for an additional fee of âŹ100 per reservation. Final cleaning is available for âŹ100, but guests may also clean the cabin themselves if preferred.
Weekends are booked from Friday to Sunday, and during peak seasons (Christmas and Easter) a minimum stay of 3 nights applies.
Please note that not all mobile networks work well inside the cabin (for example, DNA coverage is weak, while Telia works reliably). Some TV channels may also be unavailable at times; however, WiFi is available and works well.
This cabin is hosted by a private company and co-hosted by Shillinki Hosting.
