This well-maintained 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is an excellent choice for a family vacation, girls' getaway, or golf trip.
Inside, you'll find a bright, comfortable living space designed for relaxing and spending time together. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker, complimentary Wi-Fi, TVs in the living area and bedrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience throughout your stay.
The open living area leads to a screened porch overlooking the True Blue Golf Course, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, take in the golf-course views, or unwind in the evening. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom. Two additional guest bedrooms each offer two twin beds, providing plenty of comfortable sleeping space for families and golf groups. With three full bathrooms, guests have plenty of room and privacy throughout their stay.
A community pool is conveniently located near the condo, making it easy to cool off and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. Guests are also close to True Blue Golf Club, community hot tubs, tennis courts, dining, and all that Pawleys Island has to offer. Beautiful Pawleys Island beaches are just a short drive away.

Starter Amenities: For your convenience, a starter supply of essential items is provided. Each bathroom includes a bar of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet tissue. In the kitchen, you'll find paper towels and dishwashing detergent. These items are intended as a starter supply, so guests should plan to bring or purchase additional paper products, toiletries, and other necessities for the remainder of their stay.

TRUE BLUE COMMUNITY AMENITIES: Enjoy the peaceful Lowcountry surroundings and beautiful golf-course setting of True Blue. Guests have access to multiple outdoor community pools and hot tubs, tennis courts, and BBQ areas throughout the resort. True Blue Golf Club is conveniently located within the community and features an 18-hole golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse, and pro shop. The True Blue Grillroom, located at the clubhouse, is open to the public and offers a convenient spot for breakfast, lunch, and drinks while enjoying views overlooking the lake and 18th hole. Community amenities are subject to seasonal schedules, availability, maintenance, and HOA rules.

PARKING PASSES & POOL BANDS: Each True Blue unit is provided with two (2) guest hanging parking tags. Parking passes must be signed out at the Peace Vacations office and displayed as required while staying in the community. At checkout, all parking passes and pool bands must be returned to the Peace Vacations office. Please do not leave them in the condo. A $75 replacement fee will be charged for each missing parking pass, and a $50 replacement fee will be charged for each missing pool band.

Public beach accesses are located along the north and south ends of Pawleys Island, with public parking available at designated access areas. The area is known for its beautiful coastline, tidal creeks, nature preserves, walking and biking opportunities, and relaxed Lowcountry lifestyle. Guests are also conveniently close to excellent restaurants, shopping, championship golf, and area attractions.

NEARBY SHOPPING & ATTRACTIONS: True Blue is conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, local boutiques, and everyday essentials. Pawleys Island offers several nearby shopping areas, including Pawleys Island Plaza and the Hammock Shops Village. For a larger shopping trip, Coastal Grand Mall, Target, Broadway at the Beach, and additional Myrtle Beach shopping and entertainment are approximately 25–30 miles away. Guests are also within easy driving distance of Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park, Murrells Inlet, and historic Georgetown.

QUIET HOURS & COMMUNITY RULES: True Blue is a residential resort community. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and observe all community rules, posted regulations, parking requirements, pool rules, and quiet hours during their stay.

ENHANCED CLEANING, DISINFECTION, AND SANITIZATION: Our number one priority is the well-being and safety of our guests. Our properties are cleaned and sanitized by professionally trained and equipped housekeeping employees, providing greater security, quality, and accountability. We do not utilize third-party cleaning companies. We use CDC housekeeping protocols, approved disinfectants, and personal protective equipment. Our properties are private, well-maintained, hygienic, and sanitized—a safe and private space for you and your family. Our linens and terry are cleaned and sanitized at our commercial laundry.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation on the part of the Guest will result in the forfeiture of any deposits or payments, which will be retained by the Agent and Owner as liquidated damages, unless the Guest has purchased Vacation Travel Protection and qualifies under such program. Only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, will the full rental deposit be refunded, less a Reservation Services charge of 4.75% of the total reservation amount.
Guest may not sublet or assign this Rental Agreement without the express written consent of Agent. Transfers to another unit are considered cancellations. Guests reserving accommodations enter into an agreement (with Peace Vacations as agent) with a particular property Owner for a particular property. Transfers are allowed only if the property is re-rented for the same rental term, at the same rate, before the deposit is transferred to the new reservation.
