Welcome to Linger Longer, a modern retreat perfect for your next getaway. This updated home combines contemporary amenities with comfortable living spaces, ensuring a memorable stay.

The second level is the heart of the home. The modern kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. Adjacent to the kitchen, the updated living room offers a welcoming space to relax and entertain with contemporary furnishings and large windows.

Also on the second floor, you will find two well-appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. These rooms share a stylish hallway bathroom.

On the third floor, the serene primary suite awaits. It features a luxurious king bed and an en-suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, creating a spa-like experience.

Linger Longer is designed for comfort and convenience, offering a harmonious blend of modern updates and inviting spaces. Make this delightful property your home away from home and create lasting memories with loved ones.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
2 Kings, 1 Queen, and 1 Sleeper Sofa

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

Pets are not allowed.

OTHER NOTES:
-No smoking
-Pool opens Mother's Day weekend and closes day after Seafood Festival.

Linger Longer was the perfect beach house for our family trip to Atlantic Beach. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped with easy access to the beach and right next to the community pool. We really enjoyed it!

Definitely will be back

Great proximity to pool and ocean. Walkable to state park and some businesses. Clean and spacious. Fridge was leaking and property management company responded right away. We received text telling us we could check in early because cleaning was finished early. We appreciated that perk. This house is definitely on our list to return to in the future.

We absolutely LOVED the property! The house was gorgeous, clean, and had more than enough room for us! The location is next to the pool and a short walk down to the beach! We would stay there over and over again!

We really enjoyed our stay at a Linger Longer. The house and amenities were as advertised and we felt like we were at ours own home yet on a beach vacation. The neighborhood and access to the beach also added to a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this house for your next beach vacation. I plan to book again in 2021.

Very Nice House

Linger Longer is a very nice home in a nicely kept neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. The house included a linen package which was well supplied. If we were to travel back to Atlantic Beach, I would definitely consider renting this same property again.

Beautiful

Beautiful property! Furnishings and accessories were really well done.... comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen! Short walk to a beautiful beach with great showers to hose off the sand. Nice gated quiet neighborhood with a small pool. My only recommendation would be to bring your own linens since our guests said the linens that we added to the rental were rough. We’d rent again!

Great week at the beach!

Our stay was better than expected. It worked out perfectly for our family of 8! The property manager was incredibly organized and very responsive. The home was decorated well and was well equipped with just about everything we needed. The home seemed very modern and easy to maintain. The home was perfect distance to the community pool (which was clean and a great spot to hang) and it was also perfect location for a quick walk to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed making memories at linger longer! Great house for an amazing week!

Perfect getaway

We stayed this week with our 5 year old son and as a first time VRBO renter, I was definitely concerned that the property would not be as beautiful as in the pictures! This house did not disappoint! It was beautiful inside and out, the kitchen was brand new with clean and new appliances. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable. The master bathroom was gorgeous and both bathrooms were extremely clean! All linens were fresh! Our first few days, there were torrential storms and the house was perfect for some family indoor time! There were even blankets to use when you wanted to get cozy. When the weather broke, we found ourselves a short walk away from the beautiful beach! The pool was nice as well. We had a few questions upon check in and the property manager got back to us immediately. And thankfully, since one time we got locked in the pool area accidentally! Would definitely go back and highly recommend this property!

Beach with Family

Pricing is deceptive, drip pricing used and final cost is somewhat higher than advertised nightly/weekly rate. Carpet needs to be replaced, shaggy rugs in bathrooms just collect dirt. One of vacuum cleaners did not work. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Should advertise presence of beach wagon, it is an asset and I would have left mine home. Owner good enough to allow pets but carpet shows dirt, spots, holds dampness and odors, particularly in entry hall/stairway. Charcoal grill damaged and a challenge to use.

Beautiful Home

We loved our stay at Linger Longer - the house is so well appointed and beautifully decorated. The online pictures give an excellent glimpse of how nice it is - appears to be new. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators, one being a sub zero fridge. All appliances are modern. All cooking utensils and essentials are provided - very well stocked. There are 2 Adirondack rocking chairs and one presidential rocking chair on the deck off of one of the downstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a deck w/two chaise lounge chairs. The master bath is also upstairs and has an open floor plan w/a stall shower and toilet and 2 vanity sinks and tub . There is a design flaw in that there is no door to close off the toilet/shower portion from the vanity and closet portion so two people can adequately use the space together. It's a nice bathroom, though, with a huge closet for hanging clothes. The two other bedrooms are on the main floor and have a hall bathroom that is small but adequate. The furniture is comfortable as were the beds. It's a very pretty home in a quaint neighborhood with well maintained yards. It is a bit of a trek to the beach and the beach is really wide. We did not mind as we love to walk. There is a wagon, if needed, and beach chairs in the storage closet on the carport. This was a perfect choice for our family of three, suiting all of our needs and meeting our expectations. The owners did a wonderful job creating a great, attractive, inviting beach house.
