An interior elevator for added convenience, 2 balconies (top floor balcony has a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean), outdoor space + shower + gas grille, 3 PARKING SPOTS, ping pong table, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas + coolers available for your days on beach. Walk to the best restaurants on the Island.

3rd Floor (top level) - family room, dining room, kitchen, deck with breath taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, principal bedroom #1 - queen bed, ensuite bathroom with tub and views of Bogue Sound.

2nd Floor (middle level) - principal bedroom # 2 - king bed, ensuite bathroom with tub, private deck with rockers, down the hallway is bedroom # 3 with queen size bed, and bedroom # 4 with full bed and twin trundle, these rooms share a full bathroom with tub

1st Floor (bottom level) - bedroom #5 with bunk bed (queen on bottom, twin on top), treadmill, laundry room, washer dryer, + bathroom (toilet, sink, stand up shower), garage full with beach necessities, outdoor grass space, outdoor shower, gas grille

Amazing Island Location! After a long day on the beach, walk around the corner to Island Grille for dinner & drinks, or Amos Mosquitos (just featured on Diners, Drive Ins & Dives) both are considered the best restaurants on the Island! The Cottage, an oceanfront entertainment venue is also a block away, hosting music events, and more. If you are attending a wedding or concert, this would be the perfect place for overflow. Get on the beach cruisers that are provided and ride to The Circle for beach volleyball, lunch or a beer at the Tackle Box, Idle Hour, or The Bite. There are shops & restaurants just a short drive away, with a grocery store within 5 minutes. Other close by attractions include: Fort Macon State Park, The Aquarium, Salty Pirate Water Park, Lost Treasure Golf & Raceway.

We also offer concierge services. Stock the fridge, stock the bar, pick-up fresh seafood or produce, set up for a day on the beach or on the boat, pack coolers, lunches, etc. Inquire for availability + price.

A great beach get away

The property was great for a few friends to get away. The beach is easy to walk to and the property has a perfect space to come back and play some games and relax. The owner is easy to communicate and very responsive making the whole stay carefree.

Perfect beach house

This was a fantastic beach rental. Perfect location, super clean and every amenity you could possibly want/need. I can’t recall another beach rental I’ve stayed at that was this comfortable or well appointed. Highly recommend!

Very clean with exceptions in bathrooms and dust on several lamps. Biggest issue was the trundle bed which required our collective creative engineering to make it open and flat. Ultimately successful, just too much time. Really nice spot to step out on upper level for 'that ocean surf' we all long to hear. Proximity to everything was convenient.

What a great place! This is our 2nd time staying here, and already thinking about blocking a week next year! The home looks better than the pics! Plenty of space for our group to be together, as well as go off to relax on our own. Loved the 2 decks, ocean view! Just a short walk to the beach - and the extra touches like beach chairs and towels came in super handy. Location is perfect - walking distance to our fave restaurants (Island Grille and Amos Mosquitoes), and a nice stroll to the AB circle to pick up donuts at Hang 10. And we all enjoyed the outdoor shower! Easy and clear communication with the owner. Highly recommend this home!

House Was Even Better In Person

A wonderful get away for a beach week.

We travelled (2 groups) from Philly and Northern Virginia to celebrate two 50th birthdays. We came down to soak in the north Carolina beach without the hussle and bustle of OBX. It was perfect. The house was in perfect shape and provided us with anything we needed for relaxing on the balcony or a day at the beach. There was a threat of rain each evening but no worries as there was entertainment options galore already in the house. We will be back. :)

Beautiful beach home perfect for a family getaway

This home was absolutely wonderful. Perfectly clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with tons of towels, kitchen items, beach gear, etc. Plenty of space, lots of bathrooms. My husband, myself, and our 2.5-year-old daughter stayed here along with my sister-in-law, her husband and their two kids (6 & 2). It’s was great for us and the kids (although if you have even younger kids who can’t handle stairs yet I’d suggest bringing a baby gate or two). The elevator was a nice feature for bringing in suitcases, etc to the upper floors. The home is a very short walk to the beach which was perfect (and we appreciated the beach wagon provided for hauling the kids’ stuff). The enclosed outdoor shower was a real bonus for washing off after the beach. The optional concierge service offered by the owners was also amazing—so nice to have our groceries picked up, brought to the house, and put away before our arrival! Thank you so much, Gray, for opening up your stunning property to us. We loved it!

This was a very clean house. Had everything we needed and more. Owner had lots of personal touches throughout the house! Love that she left coffee and wine for us! The elevator was a big plus for us because one of our family members cannot walk upstairs so this helped him out tremendously. Would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location for your next family vacation!

I traveled to Atlantic Beach with my family of 4 and another family of 4. This house was the perfect home for all of our needs. When we arrived there was a lovely note from the owner and well as a few snacks. The house was beautiful and spotless. The top deck provided a nice view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was very short and convenient. The property owner was responsive and accommodating to all of our needs. Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation was at the home! We loved everything about the home and its location. Thank you for the fantastic vacation!

Wonderful for vacation for all!

We stayed here with our two young children and parents, and this house was great for guests of all ages! The location is great. It is just a short walk to the beach, the pier and several local restaurants and bars. The house was beautiful and everything appeared to be brand new and in excellent condition. The host paid special attention to every detail! There were chairs, umbrellas, bikes and even some toys for the sand. There was even a bag of local coffee for us to enjoy. The host was very communicative and even reached out when we were the ones who didn’t respond to her email! If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!

Loved the experience. The owner is incredibly nice, provided everything we needed as well as bikes, beach stuff, boards, and even sent us an e-flyer about the music festival. We will be going back—our new go-to spot at the beach.

This is really the best location on the Island! You can walk to dinner + drinks at The Island Grille or Amos Mosquitos, the kids can hop on bikes and grab an ice cream cone, or morning donuts at The Circle. I love that the kids can take their fishing poles up to the Pier and fish all day, or grab their surf boards and walk a few steps to surf. It's really a magical place. You'll see!
