Mon BelvédÚre, bel appartement en attique, 6 nuitées minimum pendant le festival

Bel et confortable appartement avec un grand balcon, intra muros, sur les toits d'Avignon, avec une vue de rĂȘve sur la ville dont le Palais des Papes, tous les monuments historiques et la campagne environnante, au 6Ăšme Ă©tage avec ascenseur. Climatisation dans la partie sĂ©jour, ventilateurs dans les chambres.
Deux chambres doubles meublées avec goût (lits français, 140 de large), séjour lumineux avec 2 coins salons et un coin repas.
AccĂšs au balcon par le salon et une des chambres.
Salle de bain spacieuse (salle de douche) avec fenĂȘtre et vue.
Toilettes séparées.
Cuisine moderne entiÚrement équipée avec loggia/buanderie attenante.
Le prix indiquĂ© est pour une occupation avec 2 personnes. Chaque personne supplĂ©mentaire paiera 20,-€ par nuit au moment de l'arrivĂ©e.

Outstanding views from every window. The hosts were very responsive and check in was flawless. The location inside the walls couldn’t be better. The kitchen was well stocked and the shower was outstanding. Things to be aware of are that the toilet is in a tiny room just inside the front door. It works well but is not close to the bedrooms. This was. It a deal breaker for us. Both beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Unfortunately, we arrived as mosquito season was starting, so we couldn’t use the balcony. This was a pity because it’s very inviting. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Beautifully decorated / awesome kitchen

Great location. Easy in / out (elevator just outside door). Every corner of the place was tastefully decorated. Was a joy to cook in. Had all the implements, utensils, spices etc. that you would find if at home. AC adequate. Beautiful views from expansive balcony. Only downfall is the mosquitoes out there at night which can make their way indoors.

Gorgeous Views & Excellent Location

This was a lovely property perfectly located to wander through Avignon and for our bus rides to St Remy and the Pont du Gard (both worth the trip!)The Carrefore is just up the street which had all we needed.Communications with Claudia and Georg were excellent. Clear, detailed and welcoming. The apartment itself is homely and warm with a fully stocked kitchen. Best of all though are the views from the balcony across the roof tops. At 9 each night we were treated to swarms of blackbirds playing in the wind. Loved our stay in Avignon!

Extraordinary Penthouse

Felt like home. So well appointed, stocked with daily needs, stunning views, the balcony was perfect for starting and ending the day. A fully equipped kitchen. So easy to walk to any part of the historic city. Highly recommended.

Quiet Top Floor Apartment in the Old Town

Spacious apartment in a quiet section of town. Lovely penthouse terrace with terrific views of the city and mountains. Extremely well equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen well stocked with teas, spices, paper products and more. Appreciated the smart TV and numerous tour guides. Spacious, light filled living room. Nice shower space with plenty of hot water and amenities. Plenty of storage throughout. Beds seemed a bit small and could have had normal pillowcases. Had some difficulty arriving by car due to closed roads but was a reasonable walk from street parking. A great stay.

Delightful Stay

Very comfortable, well-furnished and well-equipped apartment. Hard to imagine a better location to explore Avignon. A short walk to the train for day trips and easy walks to Avignon sites. Our host provided helpful guidance at our arrival and departure.

Location, Location

The apartment is ideally situated for travelers like us who do not have a car: the Pope's Palace was a pleasant walk and the train station was a 5-minute walk. The apartment had wonderful views of the neighborhood from the balcony, including the charming park right across the street. The kitchen was well-stocked. A few suggestions for improvement: although the local manager was very pleasant, she had limited English (she speaks French and Spanish) to convey practical information about the apartment; the information sheet in the apartment was very limited. For example, it would be useful to have written operating instructions for the washing machine (no dryer) and whether to separate recyclable items from trash. Also, information about local amenities, such as grocery stores, bakeries, and recommended restaurants, etc., would be helpful. However, we would happily stay there again.

Amazing authentic France property, great location, super hosts

Great 6th floor penthouse, lovely balcony, stunning views.Travelling to Avignon by train, we had great communication with our hosts.We arrived via taxi from the train station, and their agent was waiting to greet us.Awesome character building, cool old elevator.Clean and bright accommodation, exceptionally well stocked.Located within the walled city, it is easy walking distance to many stores, restaurants, The Halles covered market.You can even walk to the river boat cruise dock, and the Avignon bridge.We highly recommend for a true Avignon experience.

Wonderful apartment with fabulous views and great location

Our only suggestion is to put English operating instructions for using the dishwasher and washer/dryer in the apartment because the housekeeper does not speak English. The apartment is centrally located near many places to buy food or sweets to go, banks (ATMs), and two grocery stores. It’s a ten minute walk to Place de l’Horloge where the pretty merry-go-round is along with numerous cafes (the food at Le Cid is very good with large Portions and teasonable prices). reasonable prices.

Well located and appointed apartment in the old city of Avignon

The penthouse apartment is totally outfitted for a short or longer stay and has a lovely terrace for dining. Located a block off the Main Street and close to the tourist office, as well as Place St. Didier with numerous caffĂšs the flat is convenient to the central train station or for exploring the town. Claudio the host is very responsive to all questions.

Terrific location

This apartment has all the comforts one could want when travelling abroad. Close to an underground parking lot, the train station, city centre too. It was quiet in the evening, all appliances in good working order. Beds were comfy as was the balcony. I would certainly stay again. Also the owner responds quickly when needed.

Best Place To Stay In Avignon

Wow this amazing apartment! The views are outstanding! The deck is wonderful . Bells ringing is so special to hear and right by the apartment. Kitchen is so well equipped. Mosquito netting over beds was great to have. Claudia is a great host and Isabell was a great help as well. This is well located you call walk to everything just about. So many great places to eat right around the apartment. Oh and the apartment is very comfortable! AND has elevator for travelers like us who overpacked. 😬

A dream stay

It was wonderful. The apartment was spacious with a beautiful view balcony. Had every thing one could want or need. Great shower, nice kitchen the location, magnificent. The train station for any day trips is very close. The apartment felt truly cared for. The communication, spot on. Perfect for living like a local

We just finished a 30-day stay in this comfortable, well-thought out apartment. The apartment is quiet with a great view. It is close to many restaurants in all price ranges, several grocery stores and pharmacies, and a short walk from Les Halles (farmer’s market). We loved the Vietnamese place next door and Michelin-starred L’Agape around the corner. The apartment is tastefully decorated and included the basic necessities as well as many thoughtful “extras” such as umbrellas, slippers, spices, cleaning supplies etc. Claudia and Georg were there to meet us when we checked in and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We planned Avignon as a base for touring and it is an easy walk to the train station. Oh yes, the elevator is very reliable!
