Rocks 122 is part of The Rocks Residence Club, a secure gated community in North Scottsdale surrounded by Pinnacle Peak, Troon Mountain, and the McDowell Mountains. Guests enjoy priority access to Troon North Golf Club (Pinnacle & Monument, both Golf Digest Top 50) along with privileges at 29 additional Troon-managed courses across Arizona.

The villa is close to Scottsdale’s top hiking trails including Pinnacle Peak Park, Tom’s Thumb, and Brown’s Ranch. Just a short drive away are luxury dining and shopping at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Old Town Scottsdale. Families will love attractions like Butterfly Wonderland, OdySea Aquarium, the Phoenix Zoo, and MLB Spring Training. Getting Around:

•. At check-in, a $250 hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not a charge, but a temporary authorization to cover any incidental expenses you may incur during your stay (such as food, beverage, or other clubhouse services).



How it works:

• The hold is placed when your card is presented at check-in.

• If there are no incidental charges, the hold will be released within 24–48 hours after checkout.

• Once released, the funds will reappear in your account depending on your bank’s processing time—it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days.

• If any charges were made, only the amount used will be charged, and the remaining balance (if any) from the hold will be released.



This is a standard practice to ensure a smooth check-in process and quick access to clubhouse amenities. Thank you for your understanding.



Please be aware that each year from mid-September through October, golf courses in the Scottsdale area undergo annual overseeding in preparation for the upcoming golf season. After that, all golf courses are cart path only for about a month after reopening. Please check directly with golf courses for exact dates of cart path restrictions during the overseeding period.
