Our family had an amazing time at this home. Quiet neighborhood, about 20-30 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Ten minutes from a great Starbucks and I would say the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever gone to; Vic & Ola’s (make a reservation).The home was impeccably cleaned and the pool was perfect for our three children; 4, 8 and 10. Host was great at communicating with us for our entire stay. We will absolutely book this home again in the future!

Hi, we’re Neil & Beth!

We’ve called Scottsdale home since 2007 and absolutely love everything the Valley has to offer. I’m originally from Houston, TX, and Beth is from Los Angeles. We met in the Bay Area, completed graduate school in Southern California, and eventually settled in Scottsdale, where we’ve built our life together.

Over the years, we’ve been self-employed and recently began investing in real estate with a focus on creating high-end short-term rental homes. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy—whether it’s friends, family, or guests from around the world, we love helping people experience Scottsdale in style and comfort.

At home, we don’t have kids but happily spoil our two dogs, two cats, and a few horses. I spend free time playing golf, while Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses.
