My wife and I just spent 3 weeks at this property. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. We enjoyed the location which was within 3 minutes of one of the best public golf courses in Arizona and was located in a quiet cul-de-sac. We espcially enjoyed the design of the large great room and master bedroom. All of our interactions with the host were timely and considerate. Would love to stay here again when in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Great 5 night 6 day stay as we transitioned our son from Virginia to Arizonia for his first job. Super comfortable for a group of 4 adults. Very clean, modern home with great outdoor amenities...grill, pool, jacuzzi. Hosts were amazing.

Anniversary Trip

My wife and I were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary. The home is exceptional. Extremely clean and organized. Pool and backyard were awesome! Great location for our trip. Can’t say enough about this property. Host was very easy to get a hold of, very responsive. We would definitely visit this location again.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I came to town for a few days for rest and relaxation and that’s exactly what we got!! We spent most of our time in the heated pool and hot tub. The house is absolutely gorgeous and was so comfort for us! We can’t wait to go back again!!

Spring getaway

The location of the house is great! Close to everything in North Scottsdale. We enjoyed all of the nearby hiking trails which are about a 15 minute drive from the house: Brown’s Ranch, Pinnacle Peak, and Tom’s Thumb were favorites. We played pickle ball at a nearby public court as well. Pool and spa were very nice; appreciated the heating being included as it was a little chilly! Plenty of room for everyone inside as well. The only thing that could be improved upon is the variety of cookware. But we enjoy cooking even while on vacation:) This might not be as important to others. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful accommodation

Our host Neil was very helpful insuring our stay was a perfect one. The home is amazing, absolutely spotless. Everything you could possibly need was provided for. The location was great for our needs. The outdoor space and pool is beautiful. They did an amazing job with the landscaping. I will definitely love a return visit in the near future.

Beautiful Home!

I’ve been to Scottsdale three times, but this was the first time renting a home (stayed in resorts before). This house had it all! Spacious kitchen (well stocked with dishes, pot/pans, spices, cooking utensils), pool, spa, and can we talk about that primary bedroom suite?!? Stunning. Neil responded quickly to each of my questions, and we would definately stay here again.

We’ve called Scottsdale home since 2007 and absolutely love everything the Valley has to offer. I’m originally from Houston, TX, and Beth is from Los Angeles. We met in the Bay Area, completed graduate school in Southern California, and eventually settled in Scottsdale, where we’ve built our life together.

Over the years, we’ve been self-employed and recently began investing in real estate with a focus on creating high-end short-term rental homes. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoy—whether it’s friends, family, or guests from around the world, we love helping people experience Scottsdale in style and comfort.

At home, we don’t have kids but happily spoil our two dogs, two cats, and a few horses. I spend free time playing golf, while Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses.
