**HIGHLIGHTS**
We went "all-in" to create a luxury retreat that uses every tool we could think of to ensure the homes most healthy integrity. Since we did a complete remodel we were able to start from the ground up and choose products to minimize toxins from the start. From the green certified flooring, to non-toxic lime paint, to OTEX certified furnishings when possible and available, to natural fiber rugs, and either organic cotton or linen textiles--we thought of it all! But not only that. As a designer and host I am constantly aware of who will be experiencing the home. I believe a home should greet every person with a warm welcome, a home should envelop you with this feeling of comfort and peace and safety. Design can achieve this, but if your body is constantly fighting fragrances, chemicals, and other toxins then you can't fully achieve what the design intended. Enter Terra Luma......
**LIVING AREA**
Room enough for all guests to gather and enjoy the breathtaking views. High vaulted ceilings with large, expansive windows to get the most out of our spectacular views. Fireplace is decorative only but it provides an amazing focal point for our FrameTV and oak mantel. Comfy leather sofa, natural wool rug, loads of natural fiber pillows to sink into comfort and never want to get up..... But if you do you can play with the telescope to see just exactly why being an International Dark Sky Community is such a hype! We also have games and puzzles available.
**KITCHEN/DINING**
Here's where you come in--when you come to stay with us you can absolutely enjoy so many wonderful dining choices Sedona has to offer--try an amazing restaurant each night if you choose. But. If you like to prepare your own amazing meals we've got you covered. I am a kitchen appliance guru so I thought you might be too--I'm also a brand snob--Vitamix blender, Nama juicer, Omega juicer, Instant Pot, Ceramic slow cooker, Simply Good Coffee coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, hand mixer. Our pots and pans are non-toxic ceramic or stainless steel--no teflon here! One thing you will not find here is a microwave--it's just not something that is congruent with having a healthy home. If you're a coffee drinker we provide great coffee (Purity brand--organic, mold free). We also have a tea station with many organic loose leaf varieties.
As an option we have partnered with a private chef who will come and customize plant based mealsâShe's amazing! Her specific talent is guiding through whole body cleanses. Let us know if you want connected with her.
**OUTDOORS**
Wow! It's hard to believe that none of this existed before, but with the help of my amazing landscape designer and talented stone masons-that are truly artists-we made my vision of an organic oasis come to life! We used materials and design styles native to timeless Southwest architecture to create a space that is truly magical--from hand cut stone, to natural flagstone, to the vigas used in the pergola-it comes together to create a story.
The outdoor kitchen can be utilized to create some amazing meals/memories. We have a Big Green Egg and a gas grill with plenty of prep space. The bar area has seating for 4 plus a mini fridge for beverages. I'm obsessed with the handmade dining table -The benches and chairs can easily seat 8. Dine under the stars and the twinkly lights to create some amazing Sedona memories. In case you get cold we have a patio heater by Timber Stoves that uses wood pellets for a self-contained heating method without the smell. Surrounding the entire outdoor space we have planted herbs and fruit producing trees. The goal is for them to grow and provide enhancement to all the wonderful meals made and enjoyed in this space for a truly land to table experience.
A nod to the littles in my life, and by extension yours, we created a natural playground. However, more bigs than littles have been spotted enjoying the teeter totter, swinging bridge and stepping stumps.
The pinnacle of our outdoor space has to be our hot tub area... We chose a cedar tub by Alumitubs to be our focal point. We nestled the hot tub just so amongst the steps and slabs that look like they've always been there just waiting for it! And of course we chose this spot for the clear view of the expansive Sedona sky. Enjoy star gazing in or out of the spa which is kept clean and sanitized by hydrogen peroxide only. No harsh chemicals! We drain the tub every two weeks and start over with clean water and a clean tub. But don't worry about all that wasted water. We have connected the drain to our irrigation system and pump it to our plants to recycle and reuse.
Our front patio can't be forgotten because it's the first space you encounter when you arrive. We have provided plenty of seating and amazing views to inspire great conversations, productive work, inspired creativity and possibly a bit of soul care. We have a mini trampoline here to get your lymph moving while you enjoy the views.
**BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS**
Sleep is such an important part of feeling healthy and vibrant. In fact, it's foundational. So we placed a huge emphasis on getting a great nights sleep. Each of the three upstairs bedrooms have Birch organic mattresses. We also provide natural European flax linen sheets on all the beds--the benefits of sleeping in linen are amazing. The quilts and blankets are all organic cotton. Each of the four bedrooms has a Jaspr air scrubber which, according to my research, is the best on the market for providing the cleanest air. We also have noise machines in every room. Also each room has room darkening roller shades plus room darkening curtains. Sleeping in a dark room helps you get the best sleep possible since light is not interfering with melatonin production. The master bedroom even has circadian rhythm bulbs in the lamps.
Each bathroom provides cotton towels, bathrobes and bath mats. We have partnered with The Unscented Company for hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and bath soap--no scent, clean ingredients! Two of our bathrooms have bathtubs and we provide epsom salts and magnesium flakes for a great detoxifying soak in the tub!
**WELLNESS ROOM/BEDROOM 4**
Our wellness room doubles as a 4th bedroom with a murphy bed when the number of guests command it. But normally we use it as a wellness room with all the wellness tools. The most outstanding feature of this space is the sauna âours is made by Sauna Space. It flushes out toxins, powerfully repairs and heals at the cellular level and renews you body, mind and spirit. I love that you can turn it on and get in--No need to wait 30 min or more for it to heat up. Get ready to sweat!
We also have a Pranamat to try, a vibration plate for lymphatic drainage and two yoga mats.
This room also has it's own private bathroom to shower off after the sauna or take a soak in the tub for even more detoxification.
We have a massage table onsite and I have partnered with Karly who is an amazing massage therapist who will come and provide massages without having to leave the house! I have also partnered with Lilliana who has a wealth of services to provide from facial massage to private workshops on self care to yoga sessions and beyond. This info can be provided at your request after booking with us.
**ADDITIONAL INFO**
We have installed a whole house water filtration system by Aquasana to ensure that even your shower can be enjoyed without fumes of chlorine. We also have a reverse osmosis filter at the kitchen sink for additional confidence in our drinking water.
We of course only use clean and safe cleaning products. We do have a variety of brands that we like from everyday cleaners to detergents and specialty cleaners but they all use clean ingredients and no fragrances including essential oils for those who are especially sensitive.
We had a mold test conducted before even purchasing the property--no mold here!

**LOCAL AREA**
You've already chosen to come to one of the most amazing places on Earth--Sedona welcomes you and will change you! Our specific location I think is the best--we are located in West Sedona on a quiet cul-de-sac just off of Posse Ground Road. We are within walking distance to Posse Ground Park--what an amazing park it is--65 acres of recreation! The pickleball courts are a local favorite--we provide paddles and balls for those who enjoy. Kids enjoy the large playground. We enjoy the fitness trail for outdoor exercise as well. There are also plenty of hiking trails in and around the park to explore. The shuttle to park trails is also within walking distance at the park and will transport you to the many trailheads throughout Sedona. The park is a hidden gem that locals LOVE and visitors don't often know about--we are fortunate to be so close! Walk in the other direction to Whole Foods which is nice to be able to go grab some groceries without having to get in the car. Also there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance too. We have a guidebook available once you book with all our local recommendations for hiking and eating and shopping.
