After a day exploring Sedona, climb to the rooftop and soak in the hot tub with LED mood lighting and 360-degree red rock views, or settle into the warmth of the Almost Heaven cedar barrel sauna, a traditional Finnish wellness experience with a grey-tinted finish.

The balcony offers a natural gas Bull BBQ and outdoor dining for 14 with spectacular views. The tiered patio holds a 5-hole putting green.

POOL HEATING & SAFETY

The rooftop hot tub is heated year-round.

From October through May, optional pool heating is available for $100 per day. There is no additional pool-heating fee during the summer months. The Endless Pool is heated up to 90 degrees at no extra charge.

The pool has an automatic safety cover. Keep it closed whenever the pool is not in use to support safety and retain heat. The Endless Pool has an easy roll-off cover. Secure the pool, Endless Pool and hot tub covers when not in use, and always supervise children around the water.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY

The kitchen is stocked with basic dining, cooking and serving essentials for the home's maximum occupancy.

An initial supply of the following is provided:

- Trash bags and paper towels
- Kitchen sponge, hand soap and dish soap
- Dishwasher pods
- Toilet paper
- Laundry detergent

Also available for your stay:

- Bath and pool towels for the maximum guest count
- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash

- Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am (early check-in or late check-out $200 each, or $400 for both, subject to availability)
- Pet-friendly: 2 dogs maximum, $150 per stay (notify in advance, clean up required)

- No parties, events, wedding receptions or large gatherings
- No tour buses, RVs, ATVs or trailers
- Quiet neighborhood, please respect our neighbors
- Airstream on the property is not for guest use per city regulations

ADDITIONAL SAFETY NOTES

Please use care around the pool, Helix slide, Endless Pool, rooftop hot tub, sauna and bunk beds, and supervise children appropriately. Follow the posted instructions for amenity use.

If using the baby gate or fence, follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and check that it is properly secured before each use.
