Notre condo est situĂ© Ă  Glendale. Vous trouverez Ă  proximitĂ© centre commercial flĂšche, Peoria complexe sportif, salle de cinĂ©ma et de nombreux restaurants, et tous sont 5 miles de la copropriĂ©tĂ©. Installations mĂ©dicales majeures sont Ă  distance de marche de la copropriĂ©tĂ©. De nombreux terrains de golf qui sont ouverts au public sont Ă  quelques minutes. Le Westgate centre-ville, Ă  l'arĂ©na de Jobing branchĂ© et le stade de cardinaux sont Ă  proximitĂ© (Ă  moins de 10 miles). Assistez Ă  un match de baseball d'entraĂźnement de printemps au printemps ou Ă  regarder les Diamondbacks de l'Arizona en Ă©tĂ©. À l'automne, vous pouvez voir les Cardinals de l'Arizona dans leur nouveau stade. Toute l'annĂ©e, il ya de nombreuses activitĂ©s pour profiter dans la grande rĂ©gion de Phoenix. Wonderful condo

My daughters and I rented the condo for 10 days due to death in the family. The check in was easy, the condo was clean, and the neighborhood was nice. Even though we didn’t spend a whole lot of time at the condo but my daughters did take advantage of the pool and hot tub (in November). We were very pleased with our choice.

Glendale Condo was great!

The rental process was very smooth. The condo was clean and it was as nice as it showed in the pictures. The owner, Kim, was great to work with. She was available and responded to any correspondence I had. I would use her condo again and would highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you Kim for a wonderful stay!

Perfect size and location.

We so enjoyed our month-long stay. The layout and items included in the condo were super. The separate TV in the master bedroom was nice. Great set up in the kitchen. Loved the shared grills, heated pool and hot tub. Easy to find and easy to get in/out of the complex. We would rent this unit again if we decide to come back to Phoenix.

Not what we expected, and we did not love it

When we rented on line we expected a property similar to those rented by friends for the same price. Not so. This apartment had a small balcony overlooking a parking lot, no reading lights, stained carpets, clogged air vents, and food in the cupboards with best by dates of 2012 and 2013. When we arrived the filter in the coffee maker was full of moldy coffee grounds. The apartment itself had a nice floor plan, and was conveniently located to a hospital and post secondary school, so if clean, might have suited some. We are golfers and found the location did not suit us.

Great location, close to everything, it was perfect!

The condo was clean, centrally located to almost everything, shopping, grocery, food, nail & hair shops. Kim the owner & her sister are genuinely beautiful women they really helped get me through the relocation of my move from CA by allowing me to stay there longer than originally planned I am forever grateful & I would highly recommend their properties :)

Everything we needed plus a kind and compassionate homeowner

My husband and I stayed at Kim's condo while he received out of state medical treatments. We extended our stay due to the nature of his treatments, and Kim accommodated us and really went above and beyond. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed. Really good location convenient to many grocery stores (Safeway, FRY's, Trader Joes and Sprouts) all within a few miles. Nice pool and gym access. We would definitely recommend this condo and would definitely stay again! Thank you so much.

Comfy and convenient

Our daughter completed a three-month clinical rotation at the Mayo Clinic in Glendale and stayed in Kim's condo during her time there. The condo was perfect--incredibly clean and comfortable, stocked with any amenities she could want. The location was also convenient, close to numerous stores, restaurants, and golf courses (for my husband when we visited). Kim was a gracious host, and we will definitely be back.

Great spot for a vacation golf getaway

Overall the rental was 5 star. The property was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all flatware and plates. There was all sorts of condiments of any type. Coffee was supplied with a coffee maker so no need to go out and get coffee. Everything was neat and clean. Very easy to feel like you were at home. We were within walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, and banks, although we didn't walk we drove the grocery store. We are golfers so the location was central to MANY golf courses. There are many restaurants nearby. We went to The Place for breakfast one morning and tried the The Black Bear Diner another morning. We preferred the Bear, both had a line and it was a 20 minute wait. The ride from airport was only about 30 minutes thats a plus. There was also a hospital nearby which we did not need but is good to know in case of emergency. We also located a Catholic Church 5 minutes away so we could easily go to Sunday Mass. Kim was in touch with us the day we arrived to make sure everything was okay. If we had any problems she was very easy to get on the phone, but there was no need everything was GREAT. Kim was great before we even left for vacation emailing us all the needed information so arriving at the condo was very easy. We would definately recommend this condo to anyone and will look it up again when we are planning our next golf excursion. Thanks again for a GREAT 10 day golf getaway

Great Stay!

I stayed for for 3 months as a travel nurse and loved it. great safe location. Kim (the owner) is super helpful and nice! I would definitely recommend it!
