The Space:

Be one of our first guests at this roomy, newly renovated 4 bed, 3 bath home on the river side of the island.  This home may be new to the vacation rental market but rest assured you have a very experienced host with Golden Isles Retreats!



Let "Tidepool" be where you relax and have fun at the private pool and hot tub while exploring all the natural treasures on Jekyll Island! You are just 7 minutes to the Jekyll Convention Center, 8 minutes to Summer Waves waterpark, 6 minutes to beach access and 10 minutes to the Jekyll Island pier.



Outdoor living at it's best with a huge completely screened in living space complete with state of the art grill (and commercial hood), sink, fridge and both counter and lounge seating. The perfect way to stay bug free and not only dine but cook alfresco. This faces the pool and is a perfect spot to watch the action from.



There are also some pool toys/floats available for your use.



Inside the spacious home you have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Two bedrooms have a King bed, one a Queen and one has bunk beds that include 3 twin beds. A total of 9 people can comfortably sleep in the home.



Each bedroom is equipped with smart TVs that allow you to stream your favorite programs. The wifi is 1000 mbps so you can stream, download, game and work remotely if you need to do any of those tasks!



There is a formal dining area, a breakfast room and reading nook for your use. The breakfast room is perfect for extra space to eat or play games!



The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a gourmet meal. There is a Keurig coffee maker for your use.



Just in case the weather is less-than-ideal, we also have some games and books for your use.



There is a 2-car garage and space for an additional 3 standard-sized vehicles.



If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Please Note:



Locks should be used at all times to prevent children from accessing the pool area without supervision.



Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card. Each day you leave the island you will have to pay the fee again. If you do not leave the island after your initial entrance, you only have to pay the fee once.



***Beach Access May Not Be Available At High Tide*** During high tide, please enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk.



Pets are not allowed. If you bring pets we will ask you to immediately vacate the home, with no refund, and a $500 fine so our cleaners can properly clean the home.



Trailers, boats or any other commercial or recreational vehicles must be approved before booking.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Plays, high chairs and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

The home is easily accessible from a smart lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, walkable neighborhood just a few minutes from everything Jekyll has to offer!



Getting Around:

There are several nearby bike and walkpaths. You can also rent a golf cart from a local shop and drive it around the island.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $165 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
