Chalet situĂ© dans les vergers de Greene Cove. SituĂ© dans un ancien verger de pommiers. La propriĂ©tĂ© a plusieurs pommiers en attente d'ĂȘtre cueillis. La cabine a 2 lits Queen, 2 lits jumeaux avec 2 salles de bain complĂštes. Les baignoires comprennent des Ă©viers en cuivre avec des comptoirs en marbre. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit. CheminĂ©e en pierre empilĂ©e avec bĂ»ches Ă  gaz haut de gamme. Planchers de bois franc en pin. Loft confortable pour profiter d'une vue sur la montagne Ă  longue distance. AmĂ©nagement paysager extensif avec grand patio en dalle avec foyer en pierre empilĂ©. Terrasse couverte avec beaucoup de chaises berçantes. Satellite haute dĂ©finition avec grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans la taniĂšre et 1 tĂ©lĂ©vision dans la chambre Queen. Faune abondante pour inclure les cerfs, la dinde, etc. Chalet situĂ© Ă  seulement plusieurs miles des ruisseaux Ă  truites pour la pĂȘche et la Blue Ridge Parkway. Les attractions Ă  proximitĂ© incluent l'extraction de pierres prĂ©cieuses, les magasins d'antiquitĂ©s et de poterie. Barbecue Ă  gaz sur le porche pour cuisiner.

Aucun animal de compagnie n'est autorisĂ©, mais une exception peut ĂȘtre faite pour les petites races et si mis en cage. Nous avons malheureusement eu quelques problĂšmes

The location was just what we needed. Just beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was clean Our morning walks was chilly but awesome. I think we caught the tail end of foliage but great nonetheless. The small quaint town of Spruce Pine was also nice. Glad to see business picking up after the terrible floods. The host was really nice and hadvhrlpful tips on what to see and do.

Perfect canin for a family gathering

Bakersville Mountain Retreat

The property is absolutely stunning. Pictures on the posting don't do it justice. Communication with host is expectational. The drive up is not bad at all. The views from the porch are amazing. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay out here.

A true mountain cabin experience!

The cabin is clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped: towels, linens, washer/dryer, and all the kitchen items you need. Furniture is comfortable with nice adirondack chairs and rockers on the porch. Best of all, fantastic views from the front deck that can also be seen from the inside since the front wall has floor-to-ceiling windows! The "beary" theme throughout the cabin is charming. There's a very nice gas log fireplace in the living room and a huge fire pit in front of the cabin so you can still enjoy the view. Make sure you bring camp chairs...the giant logs meant for sitting around the fire pit aren't very comfortable. Overall, you can't go wrong if you're looking for a true mountain cabin experience!

Quiet Getaway

The host was very accommodating and communicative throughout the stay. The cabin was so cute and the views were gorgeous. We saw a few deer near the house in the woods and even saw a few bear cubs the last night we were there. I have family in the area and will definitely be looking for this property again next time we travel.

Cozy Cabin Getaway

We had a wonderful trip to Bakersville and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very quiet, very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed. My two minor suggestions would be to add another towel hook in the master bathroom and to spray for ants around the tree trunk seats around the fire-pit. One in particular had an ant hill up against it. In addition to enjoying the fire pit, we were able to see deer, chipmunks, and lightning bugs from the back deck as well as a beautiful sunset. It was a 45-minute drive to our hike at the beautiful Crabtree Falls. We also spent some time in the Little Switzerland area - about 20-30 minutes away. Something to keep in mind - many restaurants are closed on Sundays and some on Monday as well. Thank you for sharing your cozy cabin with us!

Best Place Ever

I love everything about this home and location. I could sit all day just looking out over the field to the mountain range in the distance. Sunsets are especially gorgeous. And the home is really comfortable. We work while we're there, and the wifi works fine for two people (though we brought an extender to be safe). This was our second stay, and I hope there will be more.

Family getaway

Stunning views

The photos of the mountain views online do not do it justice. Quiet area, when we first drove up there were wild turkeys and deer in the yards. The sun sets and sunrises are amazing while sitting on the porch drinking coffee. Beautiful place and well kept. My nephew proposed to his girlfriend now fiance at the cabin at the fire pit! Unfortunately my spouse through his back out on our trip and we had to call the ambulance to come get him at the cabin. The response time was very quick if ever have an emergency there! Hopefully we'll be renting again sometime in the future., we did enjoy the cabin very much.

The owner grew up in North Carolina and has fly fished since he was 12 years old. The area offers several trophy trout streams for trout fishing. After building my cabin a few years ago, I realized more people should be able to experience the peacefulness of this wonderful place, even if only for a week or so. I currently live a few hours away and I hope you get as much enjoyment out of a Beary Cozy Cabin and I continue to have.

The unbelievably long range mountain views and spectacular sunsets are a beauty to behold. Abundant wildlife includes turkey, deer, rabbit, bear, coyote and more. A great family getaway or a cozy intimate place for 2. The large stone firepit is the center of attraction at night for roasting marsh-mellows or hotdogs.
