Vintage Model - 2BR/2BA single-level home with approx. 1177 sq ft. There is nothing better than a BBQ and a swim. Do both within earshot of the back patio of this "horseshoe" circle neighborhood or cook inside on brand-new stainless-steel appliances and grab a snack at the kitchen bar or the inside dining table. Plenty of places to eat and relax. After a meal, sit in the oversized cushion comfort of a beautiful living room suite and melt away watching a movie on the large flat-screen TV. There are also other large flat screens in each of the two bedrooms! Personal washer and dryer located outside in carport. Also, room for a baby/toddler in the primary suite closet area.
