Centrally situated just south of downtown Palm Springs and a short walk to many popular resorts and restaurants, you will appreciate not only the location but also the spaciousness of this comfortable 4-bedroom 4 bath home, with great separation of bedrooms, each having its own en suite bathroom for extra privacy.
Inside the gated front courtyard is a lovely patio for morning coffee. And just inside the front door, the great room welcomes you with its large dining table, fully stocked open kitchen, and living room with a huge HDTV.
When everyone isn't hanging out together in the great room, they will likely be just outside around the pool and spa. There's lots of space out back, with a dining patio and propane BBQ grill, shaded patio, and grass lawn, all surrounded by lush landscaping and mountain views.
Also, out back you will find the detached private casita with a king bed and bathroom, perfect for the kids or those who want a little more privacy from the group. But even inside the main house, the other three bedrooms provide great privacy, as they're situated at opposite corners, each with its own bathroom, and two with direct access to the pool area.
When it's time to venture out, Mag's is within walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants, bars, and resorts in the Coachella Valley, including MICHELIN-recommended Bar Cecil, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse and Ace Hotel to the South, or all the excitement that downtown Palm Springs has to offer just to the North. Talk about convenience!
Note: There is room for one car to park on the driveway but the garage is not accessible to guests. There is also ample street parking.

Occupancy limits of 4 cars, 12 daytime guests in total, 8 overnight, STRICTLY enforced. Quiet hours (no pool play, indoor voices only, etc.) between 10 pm and 10 am are strictly enforced. - No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
- No more than 4 cars at the house at any time
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
- No smoking
- Check-in time is 4 PM
- Check-out time is 10 AM
No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am.
Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.
Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON
Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit
For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.
Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.
