Located in the popular celebrity-laden Indian Canyons neighborhood of South Palm Springs, Cool Camino boasts dramatic desert mountain views to the East and West and is surrounded by 36 holes of public golf course. If you're looking for dreamy desert scenery in an upscale neighborhood that is classic Palm Springs, you found it.



This spacious, stylish and comfortable modern pool home offers plenty of room for your family or group getaway, including great separation of its 3 bedrooms, which includes two primary suites with king beds, flat screen TVs and direct access and views to the pool deck and the golf course. The third bedroom has a full size bed, and is directly next to the hallway guest bathroom, which also has access to the side patio and pool deck. Work is discouraged but if you must, there is also a writing desk and a Wi-Fi printer in the third bedroom.



Speaking of the pool, out back there are several places to rest and relax around the sparkling kidney-shaped saltwater PebbleTec swimming pool, and either soak up the sun, or chill in the shaded lounge area. Wherever you choose to recharge, you will have a great view of the golf course fairway, and the beautiful desert mountain peaks beyond.



The gorgeous open kitchen boasts high end appliances and a huge middle island and separate breakfast counter, providing plenty of hang out room and counter space for food preparations. The dining area has its own separate countertop and mini fridge for drink preparation and cold beverage storage. When needed, there are two extra chairs in the living room to add to the dining table, or you can enjoy al fresco dining by the pool and barbecue. The living room features a huge gas fireplace and flat screen TV, plus a baby grand piano for your enjoyment. A roomy two-car garage is accessed through the entry hall. And the entry courtyard and patio is walled and gated for security and privacy.



Looking out over the Indian Canyons Golf Resorts North Course, near the fabulous 1962 Donald Wexler designed clubhouse, in the morning, one can see the 100-foot tall jets of the, Disney Fountain, gifted to the club by local resident Walt Disney. Other luminaries who lived around and played this legendary course have included Tony Curtis and his wife Janet Leigh, Jerry Lewis, Jack Benny, Robert Wagner, President Gerald Ford and others. Golfers would often find themselves playing alongside Frank Sinatra, Bing Crosby or Bob Hope. Maybe YOU will be the next celebrity to play here!



Cool Camino is walking distance to many South Palm Springs hot spots including Ace Hotel & Swim Club, Koffi, Saguaro and Smoketree Village with every convenience you could ask for, and a slightly longer walk to Chabad of PS, Moorten Botanical Garden, Mr. Lyons and Michelin recommended Bar Cecil. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON

Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit

For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in.

Please note that the person paying for the reservation needs to be the one checking in and the same person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
